Unable to install program streets & trips Windows, can't get through the complete installation?
during installation the program is not to get past the Net Framework 4 appears to hang. How can I get to compete installation. I had to uninstall the program and reinstalled it, that's when it happened.
I tried again the next day, and the program got past the Net Framework, then stopped on the fix from Microsoft.
I downloaded the patch and that solved the final problem. Good alone knows everything that happened but I loaded it.
The other thing that is frustrating on Microsoft Programs is when you load other Programs MS sometimes it says use at your own risk. I don't understand the problem of MS, one of MS Visual Basic programs. With this type of problem, I actually bought a MS keyboard, it was two years ago, it stopped working.

Can't get through the XML returned by the web service
I'm using a .NET web service that returns the standard xml SOAP messages. After link "resultXML" to event.results [0], the variable displays its toString/toXMLString methods correctly and check the variable tree in the debugger displays the good exploration down. But browsing and/or variables affecting its children/descendants does not work properly. Variables are defined with the help of the. / operator or child/descendant methods are attached to something like XMLList(@8aa6701) without children and the toString methods return empty strings. I already tried to typecast between XML/XMLList and used methods of copy() with no results. Any suggestions?Found the answer to my own question. I needed to define and use the namespace defined in my SOAP message.

I have a lot of files created by a very old program, Microsoft Chart. The file extension is. CHT. I was unable to install Microsoft Chart on Windows XP. I need to find a way to read the old files and convert them in a modern format.

My guess would be Dos 5.0 and Windows 3.11.
Which are both a very long downtime of support by Microsoft.

I have the product key for Win 7 Home Premium OA on laptop - I need to re - install due to virus, how can I get a copy?
See the response of Mike Hall, but also, note the following:
What virus do you have? How do you know if you're a? Reinstalling Windows due to a virus is almost never required and is usually exaggerated way. It is normally much easier and much less likely to cause you problems if you delete the virus with a good antivirus program.

a lot of programs at startup. Can I get rid of some of them while my computer will start more quickly?
To identify what loads when you start using Autoruns (freeware from Microsoft).
http://www.Microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/ProcessesAndThreads/Autoruns.mspx
With Autoruns, you can deselect an item which disables startup, or you can click with the right button on an item, then remove it. If you clear the check box that you can check back for re - activate the element. It is an approach much safer than editing the registry and better than using msconfig.
Another useful feature of the program is that you can click with the right button on an item and select search online to get information about the selected item.
