  Try to update the DPS Office Tools. If this does not work, try uninstalling/reinstalling InDesign. Otherwise, ignore the desktop preview tool and simply use a preview device.

  I created a Folio in June 2014 and deleted. The problem is, I can still see inside my application and also when I check via http://www.dpsapps.com/dps/v2_library_store_templates/fulfillment_proxy.php?accountId

  Make sure you only enter correct title id in the application Builder as the title id is application (specify the same Adobe ID allows you to create folios).

  I have the IE see the module installed (version 1.5.6) to still open and run Microsoft Updates in Internet Explorer. It works in that, when I select Microsoft Update of my favorites, a window opens.

  You are running Windows XP. The most recent/last IE for XP version is IE8; IE9 and higher will not work under XP.

  I've never used IE View. Instead, I use IE Tab 4.0.20130422. I just used it yesterday to run Microsoft Update. I had to make a change to an other add-on similar to this add-on in the past year, as the previous add-on I used work more evenly. My suggestion for you: consider uninstall IE View, since it does not work for you and install IE Tab. In addition, the product that I use doesn't have this option "purchases of price comparison" like IE View; I consider as "spyware".

  What content isn't is?  Unless your iTunes library is small enough to fit on the iPod completely, it is normal for the content on the laptop to not game content on the iPod.

  You can try Archieve of the Folio and download it again or try to publish the Folio (private / free), this is the way you can see if there is a problem on your web servers or file. If, after having published the ongoing problem... Try to create a new folio... I didn t get this part

  You did an iPhone version of your folio? We show the iPad version on the iPhone, to make one that is sized for the screen of the iPhone.

  I have problems with the update of a folio (published or unplished makes no difference).   First, update the article in Folio Builder Panel after changed the InDesign source files. Then, update the folio in the organizer of producer of Folio.

  We are subscribed DPS professional.

  We have created a folio to activate HTMLResouce on the digitalpublishing site. The folio works perfectly on the Office Viewer but when I start to download on iPad it do not download on it. But it works perfectly on my Mac Adobe Content Viewer.

  The process that I follow.

  1. download the folio on the digitalpublishing site.

  2 Select a folio and open the DPS dashboard.

  3. in Folio producer Editor, click on the button import HTML resources .

  4. click on browse, select the file HTMLResources.zip.

  5. once it is transferred then preview the folio on Adobe Content Viewer.

  Note: I do the HTMLResource by opening the folder that contains the HTML resources, select the content and compress it into a .zip file. Which is mentioned in the help guide.
