  It is possible that you have a corrupted file. In Outlook Express.

  Close Outlook Express.
  Enable hidden files and folders on your computer.

  To see hidden files:

  1.	In the menu Tools in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.
  2.	Click the view tab.
  3.	Under hidden files and folders, click Show hidden folders and files.

  Note  To access Windows Explorer, click Start, point to all programs, and then click Windows Explorer.

  Research of Deleted Items.dbx.
  Rename this Items.dbx.old deleted.
  Now open Outlook Express again and this file will be to recreate.

• Firefox, stop working and will not work. If I use another browser like internet explore, it works fine.
