  A lot of people have had this problem. First try to reset the network settings. If this does not work

  iCloud signing and signing back, but make sure that your images and your data on your phone are stored somewhere else. Sometimes pictures can get deleted. Hope this helps, good luck to you

  Outlook seems to be the WLMail Mail Manager.  All e-mails from MS Community you come to Outlook.   My Bill is just a ' send' button, menu that sends the invoice to WLMail.  I changed this lack of Comcast, and now he's going to that account in WLMail.  Then I send to anyone.  Thank you

  Check with your email provider that you have the correct settings.  If you use OE, then go to tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties and verify that the settings are correct.  You can also try to log via webmail if you have this option to determine if your ISP is having problems or if it's your computer.

  You use Outlook?  If you do not use the RTF format, as then the recipients cannot read your images and attachments.  Either use plain text or HTML format in Outlook messages, but not in the RTF format.

  Error 0x800CCC0D means that the server is not found. Error 11003 socket is usually a DNS error: the name of the specified server does not exist or cannot be translated into an IP address.
