I'm trying to go through the process, I'm with a large company and we bought it by proxy.
I have a purchase order the team say they set up her connection to her and him awarded the CC of Photoshop to install but nothing is under the heading products, when it opens a session.
How can I talk to the purchase to get this added to my CC account?
Willie, Adobe.com displays only products that are purchased directly from Adobe.com. You bought creative cloud from a reseller, you wouldn't find here on adobe.com.
To assign or remove the user, you must talk to the main admin of the team. Here is the link you can do refers to manage your cloud creative teams membership

Cannot access the Story more when you're connected to creative cloud
Hello
I opened free story of my creative cloud dashboard. Up to the top of the screen, there is a button called upgrade which I guess will allow me to open Story more.
But when I click on it it goes to the store where I wonder if I want to buy more Adobe Story. I thought that this was part of the creative cloud and shouldn't be purchased again.
How to open and use Story more in creative cloud without the need to buy?

When I click on the Story more link on the CC apps page, I am taken to Adobe Story free https://story.adobe.com/en-us/index.html page and it seems that I am already connected. This is the same behavior as before using IE 10 on one machine Windows 8. I also found that I was unable to create a new project in IE as well.
Having concluded that it was still not working I tried to open https://story.adobe.com/ in Chrome and it seems to work with Story more loading after I have connected to my account, so it seems that it was a browser configuration issue that caused the problem.

When Adobe going to do creative cloud as affordable as the oldest buy software model?
The monthly charge for the Creative Cloud rental software is simply too expensive to naked for most of the users. I hope that Adobe offers again updates and new versions of their software to buy again before a competing business benefits of contempt from Adobe for the customer loyalty and release their own software for sale instead of just rent at extremely high prices.
You can't really sum up like that without knowing the customer. The cloud is probably cheaper than the old way of doing business for people who have always updated. Who is more expensive for is those who have not upgraded each time a new version has been released.

Francine simply connect to the internet periodically to receive updates and validate your membership. If you have an annual membership, you can be disconnected until 99 days. You can find more details in the help of Activation & deactivation.

When I try to update creative cloud, I get a popup to connect, I get my Adobe password, but it does not work. I have reset my password and I tried again, but it still does not work.

My apps to say that I am not connected to creative cloud, but I am. I tried to delete the opm.db file and connect again, no luck.

You can use what you want, there is no such limitation. However when you go to cloud service based like loading or sync files to your cloud storage, you need an active Internet connection.

I am not able to connect to creative cloud.
I get a message that I disconnected when I try to connect to creative cloud. I ran IMSLibReplacer.exe but that did not help. I'm running Windows 64.
OK, I spoke with the Technical Support of Adobe, and here's what they told me, it works for me. FINALLY! Do it:
1. notifier AAM updates, Adobe ARM, creative cloud, coresync, CEF helpdesk, CEPservicemanager, helps creative cloud, AdobeCrash Deamon
2 finish above process in the Task Manager.
3. now open run window by clicking on the Windows key + R
4. type %LocalAppData% and click on enter.
5. navigate to the folder Adobe and OOBE.
6. Please delete file Opm in OOBE folder.
7. run CC desktop app and see if you can connect.
If you can't see the Apps, follow these steps:
1. click on the gear in the top right of the Internet Explorer icon. (even if not using Internet Explorer as your browser)
2. Select Internet Options.
3. in the 'Connections' tab, select 'LAN' settings.
4. Once you click "LAN" settings, you will be able to view the LAN settings box.
5. in the LAN settings box, check the "automatically detect settings".
"6 then"uncheck"all the other boxes as" configuration Script auto use ","Use a proxy server,"proxy server"
Save it and then try to connect to the desktop CC application.

Howdy! User of short-lived, first calling time, blah, blah.
I can't connect to Creative Cloud Desktop. This has happened for at least 3 days. When I enter my username and password (I checked several times - they are correct), I get the circle Spiney of treatment and then this message: "unknown Server error. Login is currently unavailable. We are unable to access your account. Please try again later. "There is a button"try again ". I clicked - rinse, repeat.
I have:
- Uninstalled and re-uploaded and re-installed.
- I tried to use Adobe Creative Tool Cleaner (CTACC) cloud.
- As the instructions contained in this file delimit: first of all, I uninstalled Desktop. Then I downloaded and opened CTACC. However, I could not clean - because it was not in the list - because I had uninstalled.
- Cleaning then reinstalled and tried. No joy.
If I understand correctly, I can not connect, will expire the license on my computer and I won't be able to use these products - where I make my living.
Please help as soon as possible.

If you are unable to connect to the creative connection of cloud, but there is no error message please try, follow these steps:
1. exit creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager connection (if it is running).
2 delete your opm.db file location:

Mac -
to/Users / / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db 3 restart the connection creative cloud. You will be asked to log in again.
