Uninstalling on old computer before reinstalling the new

I have creative cloud loaded on my laptop at home and my pc at the studio. The video card on my laptop at home has failed. Nothing but a white screen when I turn it on. I bought a new computer, but have I not uninstall Photoshop (et al.) out of my laptop until I can load on my new computer at home? If so, I do not know how to recover the license info and am not sure I want to pay for a new video card installed; Can I use the old laptop as a door (LOL) stop. Help me understand how to proceed to the loading of the Adobe on my new computer, under these circumstances, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign. Thank you in advance. Best regards, Kevin (Elberton, GA)

Ideally you would disable (help > deactivate) ps on your old laptop.  but it will be quite difficult when you can see what you're doing.

then, contact adobe support.  they can help by resetting your number of activations, http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html
