  You would this behavior if SALE_ORDER_NO has NULL values. If it contains NULL values, a unique single-column index will succeed but an index unique multi-column will fail when it finds duplicates in SEASON_YEAR.

• By comparing the unique patches for two ORACLE_HOMEs

  On a server, we have a 10.2.0.4.5 (PSU5) ORACLE_HOME installed with a few one-off additional fixes. Asked me to install a replica of the HOUSE even on server B.
  
  Since I'm lazy, I installed 10.2.0.4.10 (PSU 10) thinking that all exceptional items patches at least until PSU5 will be included in the POWER 10 block.
  But when I ran lsinventory on a server, I can see several one-off fixes which is not included in the power supply 10.
  
  Since there are several missing patches of point, is there a way I can quickly compare the one-off tasks that do not appear in the ORACLE_HOME to Server B (comparing to a server)?

  Not 100% of the unique patches are merged into the power supply.
  You can run the following on the two sides for a comparison:

  $ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/opatch lsinventory -bugs_fixed
  

  Or, for example, you could get all the PSU ID by running:

  $ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/opatch lsinventory -bugs_fixed|grep PSU
  

  Then run the cmd, excluding the PSU for the unique patches installed on the binary ORACLE_HOME on a server (that is, the 12419397 being PSU5):

• Images of a unique catalogue on two hard disks can be consolidated for a non-destructivly drive?

  My catalogue contains images of two different hard disks. One, my main drive and the other a small external. I want to draw all the files from the outside for the larger hard drive WITHOUT deleting them from the outside. I think that it's impossible to all the research I've done. I can easily move the files moving files in Lightroom, but this removes the files from the original disc. I can't import the files because they are already in the catalog. I can use Explorer to copy the files, but when I do this Lightroom ignoring double because he already knows about the image and where it was originally and still is. This is true even when the external is disconnected.

  One idea is to create a new catalog and import all of the photos in the new catalogue. If I do this will I lose any changes that I made in the original catalogue. And I can import the files from the primary drive without in fact to pass the actual raw data that is just say this new catalogue hey these pictures are already in this folder go to find them and then import the files from the outside, by physically copying in the dialog box import to lightroom from outside the main disk. This translates into a large photo file on the main drive with all the pictures imported and named the same way taken by date without destroying the files on the outside.

  Cleaning of the mistakes of the past is always much more complicated that take those time and not make them in the first place, but I have not lived my life that way. Thanks for any help.

  Not true, it is possible.

  In your operating system, you COPY the files (and not MOVE) bigger hard disk, then point Lightroom to the new location of the pictures on the larger hard drive using these instructions (scroll down to the section called "Update folder location")

• nVidia SLI restarts my laptop

  My NVIDIA Control Panel indicates that my system is capable of SLI. When I try to combine my two cards in SLI mode, my laptop stops and restarts itself. Why is this?

  (2) remove the second graphics card.

  (3) start the laptop

  4) go to the control panel > programs and features and uninstall the NVIDIA drivers.

  I see it. The text is flowing the way it does in mine. Who are soft return characters at the end of each line in the first screenshot, and # is a marker of the end of history. The lines were manually arranged and set frame on the left. This means that if you add a few words it will crumble.

• Two networks, ESXi Server?

  We have two server VLAN in our environment (99 and 30). The 99 (10.99.x.x) is old and slowly be phased out and machines are moved to the 30 most recent (10.10.30.x). I also work on an upgrade to VMware infrastructure. We have a mixture of former host ESX 3.x and 4.x and ESXi 4.1 will visit. (I'm also relatively new to VMware so forgive my ignorance). My question concerns the following scenario.

  Host 1 is on the LAN 10.10.30.x and a few machines running. I need to do an upgrade on this host, but first migrate the machines off.

  Host 2 is on the LAN 10.99.x.x but we want the version of ESXi. I'll use this as a waiting area for machines while their hosts are upgraded. There are 2 NETWORK interface on this host card, NIC0 is configured on the VLAN 99 with management related to her network. I created a second virtual switch and he attributed to NIC1. This NIC is connected to a switch that has the switchport configured on the VLAN 30.

  I'm lost what to set up then. (Maybe nothing) Perhaps I am confused because I had to put an IP address on NIC0 (network management). I have to NIC1 IP with another network management?   virtual networks are not very different physical networks. The IP address you assign, is assigned to the management of ESXi host, not to the NIC itself, it is not necessary to attribute the anthers IP address to the other network adapter.

  What I recommend is that you plan to configure the network using the VST host, i.e. configure physical ports as junction (for Cisco) ports or ports (for other providers) tag and assigning the VLAN ID on the groups of individual ports. In this way, you can use a unique vSwitch with two uplinks connected for a better distribution of redundancy and load.

  I have a table with the following columns year_week, year_week_prev, I have unique on each single column as well and the time constraints. And a constraint not null on year_week. But year_week_prev can be null in some cases.
  
  
  The following query is a scan interval, when I put column instead of year_week_prev then scan optimizer year_week making one single.

  I used not null in my where clause in order to make a unique analysis but no use. Clues, why single scan is not the case and how do I achieve this.

  I think that it is good and as expected. You select year_week_prev where year_week = 201236;

  Scan interval is most appropriate here

  If you selected YEAR_WEEK in the SELECT clause, it would have been small unique index scan.

  Alternatively, if you had included a filter on YEAR_WEEK_PREV as well as YEAR_WEEK = 201236 as well, it would have been unique scan again.

  What follows will make an analysis of the unique

  So, I know that SLI makes no difference in the first, but my question is - does it has harmful effects? For example, if I have two GTX580s SLIed on my system, is it I always get all the benefits a CUDA in the first card or the SLI will reduce somewhat the effect?  Ideally, I would like to have a system with CUDA support and a 3 monitor configuration.  As far as I KNOW, with Nvidia cards, the only way to get three monitors is to have two cards in SLI.

  I think that you would break the connection SLI to get first and MPE even work at all.

  This statement is incorrect.  I ran two nVidia cards and no identical cards in my system for a demo of three monitor.  They're apparenly should use similar or perhaps even the same driver.
