  I use an iPhone 6 more to take pictures and when I load in my Nix, some horizontal display digital photo frame, but on the phone, they're looking at vertical.  How I see why they display horizontal and how do I turn the easily?  I did get a bit of work in PS but nothing is coherent.  I know PS is powerful but I'm new.

  I don't think that you can find in your phone. It's just something that detects where the phone is held, so that the display on the phone is still running correctly. I think your problem is that the image could have an auto rotation function, that tried to fill the frame.

  My image happened to have a size of 800 X 480 pixel, so I use the image processor to all my images at that size. I have an action which then resize the canvas of this size also with a black background. This prevents the framework of cropping images or turning, like the example below:

  I framed and wall mounted my iPad 1, so I can use it as a digital picture frame. But to put it on I have to remove the wall and remove the unit from the frame.

  I would also use to 'framework' other things beyond my photos. For example, showing weather forecasts. And other applications of wall mounting type "smart". To do this I would ideally be driven from an another iDevice.

  I have created a slideshow movie about 1.4 GB using Windows Live Movie Maker.  Save the movie, I even copied on a 4 GB SD card and inserted into the slot on the photo frame.  He said there's nothing on the disc, however, my computer says otherwise.  I then ran the slide show through my software "Digital Media Converter more" as an mpeg4 file.   This was not recognized by the framework.  I'd be happy if someone can provide the necessary appropriate file extension or, if not the problem, what should I do to allow the slide show (film) to appear on the frame.

  I'm seeing my photos in sequence from a flash drive, I saved the. I numbered them 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, etc.

  It seems that the frame does not recognize the sequence. Anyone know what type of sequence, it recognizes? Even if it is not configured in shuffle mode, images are displayed all mixed. I tried to understand how the framework has been reading them, but I can't. It is not the date, or the date of creation or the size or the number.

  Random Slideshow: select "off" to display photos in sequential order. The default option is set to OFF.

  I submitted a request for support by e-mail at HP by describing the problem encountered and got a response this morning. The attachments include new firmware and instructions to install it. If it works, I can't complain much about the customer service. The email said:

  There is a new version of the firmware available, but because there are risks in

  I have a frame of DF820 loaded with about 100 JPEGs on a SanDisk Ultra II SD 2 GB card map.  The size of the picture varies, but most are less than 500 KB.

  The slideshow will run no faster than about 25 sec/pic.  We see the response time even if I use the next or previous buttons.  I have truied to switching between various options, such as Original or Optimal, but nothing seems to affect it.

  For what it's worth, when I turn it on, it takes about 15 seconds to start the hourglass, and another 25 for the first image to load.

  Can someone tell me what could be the problem?

  Never mind.  I changed the photos I put about 50 KB, and they load very well.  I'm always surprised how slow, it loads a file, but I guess that's by design.

• Help with df1010 digital photo frame.

  I was able to load some photos of the practice in the framework and it work all ok. When I tried to remove them, there was a power failure.

  When the power came back I found the photos left there, but the screen says they are a format that is not supported. I tried again to remove them, but the framework just hangs up.

  I tried to reset to factory setting, but that no longer works.

  Is there some sort of reset?
