unwanted scratches on my impression

I get suddenly orange-ish bands throughout what I feel!

I cleaned, aligned and tested several times.  Disconnected and reconnected to the printer.  I've tried different types of paper.  Wiped the cartridges.  Then close and reopen the Print Center.

Even the test pages are printed the orange stripes.

Any help?

This happens when you copy a document under the glass? Black and white and color?

Looks like you have a problem with the color Dell series 5 ink cartridge. Dell Series 5 ink cartrisges have the printhead attached, so if there is a problem, the replacement of the cartridge will fix the problem.

Unplug the printer from the wall. Now remove the brick power of the printer for 60 seconds. This will reset the error message that gets the printer. Plug the printer back.

Turn on the printer. Open the printer and remove the black print cartridge and reinstall it. Do the same for the color cartridge. Now, close the printer, and it will print an alignment page. Error messages?

If you get the error message, then it is possible that the sensor in the Dell series 5 ink cartridge is bad. If it is a new Dell series 5 ink cartridge, then take it back to the place of purchase for a replacement or a refund.

    Hello: have used this J6480 for about 18 months now on Vista Ultimate 64 bit (SP2) in WiFi mode.  I gave up after fighting for a year with a number of problems using the full version of HP software, with all the latest updates, as and in the past months, I have been using only the basic drivers.

    Would like help with this problem.  My system prints periodically three copies of a document when I command to print on.  When this happens, usually the last page does print quite, only a half or a third spell and then on the next copy.  The final copy gives a complete printed page.

    Now, I immediately check to ensure that a copy is in the command print, but somehow somethimes X 3 goes to the printer.  Now, when I click on the print command I immediately right-click on the icon of the printer at the bottom right of WinVista and when I see more than one copy that I ordered, I click on Cancel when the last page is printed, but which becomes really painful.

    I tried to turn the printer off and turning back on, but it does not help.  Sometimes when I turn off the computer and the printer and everything, restart printing is normal, meaning first ordered and print a copy.

    If anyone has had this problem or knows where to go to fix it please answer.  If we need more information, I'll it provided gladyly if I know what you need to know.

    Unplugged for 10 seconds.  Reconnected while pressing the # and 6 buttons.  Now shows the correct number desired; However, the numbers in the column print when I veiw the window after a right click on the printer icon in the lower right window always double watch, like that, say, a single copy: 3/1.  It seems to say 1/1 for a copy of a document of a page.

    Strange hmm what to say my L505 is a few months, but it looks like to buy on the first day.
    No scratch, nothing! Of course, I m safe with this laptop and use a microfibre cloth to clean it. I put t use on the road and I think that this is the reason why it's so pretty plastic covers looks like other common blankets used in other portable models so don t see big differences.

    I think you should take a look in touchpad, configuration settings: Control Panel-> mouse-> device-> settings (or properties) settings

    I have a Dell 3100cn that has about 3 years and I started to experience 2 lines of dots down the right side in each of the CMYK about 1 inch from the right margin.  With some additional impressions, points has continued and the right margin collapsed to some.  When he meets it, I inspected the original drum, which had 13 000 impressions color top and found a pattern of noticeable wear on the roll right where the points emerged, which is also in the middle of the faded area.

    Did you clean the stuff off the coast of the new drum unit? There SCRATCHES, left on the drum, after that you do? If so, this drum unit is "toast".

    Once again, excellent photos. Nothing seems to be "demonstrably" false except for one thing... I noticed you are using 3rd party toner carts. In this model of printer, which is bad news. I'm sure they are cheaper, but in the long run, you'll end up paying a lot more to get your machine fixed.

    3 toners (in this printer class) do not have the same OEM toner xerographic properties. In your case, it seems as if the black toner from the black developer is agglutination at the drum, preventing all other colors to make an efficient transfer. You will need to replace all the 4 cpl developer and all 4 carts of toner (with original parts) just to be sure. Not cheap.

    By law, manufacturers of printers are prohibited by the "us clay Act and Sherman Act ' and the 'Canada competition law" and other laws of you ask to use their cartridges. That said, this Bill does not mean that OEMs are responsible for repairs when downgraded 3rd party or products are used in their machines. Also, this Act does not require manufacturers to share their toner formulation... usually a trade secret... with their competitors.

    Some manufacturers use special formulas for their toner. All 3xxx/5xxx series Dell COLOR laser printers fall into this category. IF 'other' toner is used in the machine and the machine is damaged, repair of that circumstance is NOT covered by your warranty. In other words, you will have to pay for the repairs until the machine is fixed, then, the machine is back on warranty. I know from personal experience that Dell has this policy.

    I know your warranty not on now... but it will cost you some $$ if you want to restore this machine perfect condition. More than $$ printer is interesting, but it's your decision. (you might think of parting with the machine on eBay)

    Personally, I no longer buy third party carts... NONE of the 3rd party resellers ask if they will guarantee repair of the printer costs if their product causes damage. If they say yes, ask in writing.

    I have a file MPEG2 of the videographer with a stereo scratch 192 kHz Dolby Digital AC3 audio stream saved to the camera.  I have a new track audio file of Dolby Digital AC3 5.1 48 kHz 48 kHz, mixed to a multitrack recording was recorded in genlock with video.

    I have created a project Encore CS5.1, adding video to the timeline, removed the audio track and put the new track surround audio replacement.

    I've done this several projects before, but do turn a problem with this one because of the length of the video.   The project checklist yet complains that the project is too big for a 4.7 GB DVD without transcoding, however it would fit if the MPEG2 file was not the audio of unwanted follow embedded inside.

    I really don't want to put the video through a new generation of transcoding.  Is there a way I can strip the audio from the MPEG2 without transcoding it AND replace the. Active MPG in the project again?  Or is it possible to replace the AC3 stream in the. MPG file with version 5.1 to produce an asset with which still accept as a replacement?  

    My desktop is Windows 7 x 64.   I tried using Avidemux 2.6 and still complained that the replacement was not of the same type; It's a moot point anyway because Avidemux has done a poor job of syncing the audio integrated video.

    If I understand correctly what you describe, you cannot replace the file mpg as the asset unless it's another mpeg file. You need to demux the original, put the m2v to this process as the asset and create your project. Then add the 5.1 audio to this timeline.

    This part of the new feature of peoples does not yet well.

    To remove unwanted, faces you'd have to track down the photo in the times, enlarge, click the 'x' on the circle of faces to remove.  But it would be a lot of work and will result in a white, empty people album in your people list. I made a few hundred times and merged the empty thumbnails a face without a name, and I hope that now for a fix to get rid of them. Repair of the library did not help to empty people.

    The other alternative is to let the people you dot care to stay around the section add people and ignore, but it will be difficult to add the people that you want to add because the list goes longer.
