  I use our company Sharepoint site to access essential pieces of information.  After a lot of frustration in being required to re - enter my password each time I asked for a document on the site, I was told by one of our in-house experts that it is a problem caused by Internet Explorer 8 and I would uninstall and reinstall Internet Explorer 7.  This seemed to solve the problem, but now my system keeps wanting to remove Internet Explorer 8.  I thought that I had put my computer custom so that it won't be automatic, but I would receive messages that 'my updates are almost finished' and I have to restart the computer.  I don't know what updates have been made until I restart the system.  Where can I find out what they were doing?

  To check which updates are installed.

  Open Windows Update: http://update.microsoft.com
  On the left side, click on 'Show historical Installation'

  If you're not part of a domain and not a WSUS GPO, you can hide the IE8 update.

  To hide updates:
  Open Windows Update http://update.microsoft.com
  Make updates 'Custom '.
  Then expand the offending update.
  The box will be at the bottom.

  If you are part of a domain or have they enaable GPO WSUS, you should contact the Technet community to get the best answers.

  I have a subscription to CC so I am aware that I do get free accommodation for up to 5 sites however I saw today that he understands that WebBasic sites but I can't find the information of what this entails. I searched the forums and found love, but all seem to be outdated and changed.

  The .pst file contains ALL of your Outlook data. Folders, e-mail, Contacts, calendar, Journal, and tasks.
  Depending on your version it can also contain rules as well.

  Outlook has not used a "personal address book" for at least TEN years.

  No, I checked that the behavior. A friends birthday is today and he is not visible in the widget "what is next and 'calendar'.» Added a 'all day' - events to see if it is a bug in the Birthday tag in contacts, but apparently not as well.   Try a forced reboot. No data is lost during this procedure. Hold on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

  Toshiba Europe page provides no information about the BIOS fixes!
  Why? Who knows? I found some info on the BIOS on the Toshiba site improvements we but as you know that the BIOS since the US site is not the same as the BIOS since the European Toshiba of the site. The BIOS of the American site can only be used on laptops designed for the American market.

  By the way; I checked the details on the European driver from Toshiba site and it seems that the 3.4 BIOS for Tecra M5 with model number PTM51E-xxx only

  As much as I know European Toshiba driver page does provide no details what has been changed in the BIOS.
  But I found some details on the Toshiba U.S. page.
  It seems that Fn + N + 1/2/3/4 function of debugging has been removed in 2.0 BIOS to avoid the abnormal behavior of the keyboard.
