  Today, I had the opportunity to work with a user of Muse with the same problem after you perform the troubleshooting steps in the post above we decided to communicate with the host.

  Later, I learned to know that host IP of the user of Muse and they managed to unlock and muse began to connect to the FTP host.

  I have another host scenario suggests Muse to add user : 21 to the FTP address and then Muse was able to connect.

  For example ftp.domain.com:21

  Please try the suggestion 2 above and let me know if it works.

  I try to install the update of Muse CC 2014.3 on my mac, but I get the same error at the level of the mark of 69%. A window will then pop up (see attachment below). I then click on the "More information" link and it takes me to the following error:

  You I have to manually delete the current application to the trash, and then install the new cc in the menu. It worked for me.

  I expect that you use OS X 10.8 or earlier? Muse 2015.0 and later requires OS X 10.9 or higher.

  It is strange that I can't uninstall the Muse and Muse uninstall the module is no longer available on my Mac. Call her "uninstall Adobe Muse CC 2014" alias just indicates that the original item cannot be found.

  If please remove the installed version of Muse by moving to the trash then open CC app, install directly from CC app.

  V7.4 release build 30, CL 784238 is not the latest version, and also is not Muse CC 2014.3 version.

  You run an older version of Muse you won't get the option for the chips under windows.

  Please make sure you run Muse CC2014.3. To ensure that please launch creative Application of cloud > go to the tab applications and launch Muse CC 2014.3 from there.

  • If a folder instead of a symbolic link exists to rename the folder 'adbeape_backup'to 'adbeape' .

  Once update Muse using creative cloud application.

  If it does not try the following steps:

  • Launch the application in creative cloud and sign out of it (click on the gear in the top icon right > preferences > account > disconnection from the creative clouds > Sign Out)
  • Navigate to the folder Applications and Trash the record of Muse CC 2014.
  • Go to the Recycle Bin and make sure its empty.
  • Relaunch the application in creative cloud > sign Adobe ID and password > install Muse in Apps tab

  If you have installed Muse cc 2014, you should have 2 desktop icons on your system, one for Muse CC and the other for Muse CC 2014. Make sure that you click on cc 2014 to start the latest version. The current version of Muse's Muse 2014.2
