  3. When was the last time you were able to install updates?

  If Windows Update, error 80072ee2 during updates, the Windows Update servers may experience an unusually high number of requests for updates. Close Windows Update, wait 10 to 15 minutes, and then run Windows Update again. Alternatively, you can wait for automatic update of Windows run at its next scheduled time.

• Photoshop CC 2015.1.1 update, error starting, "the operation could not be completed.

  This error has been reported several times in the past month. I am suspect of the most recent update of Photoshop CC 2015 that this error was not a problem before this specific update and I used Adobe CC for years, including Photoshop and have never had a problem.

  As reported, during the startup application, I get the following error.

  

  I uninstalled the application by using the uninstall program Adobe (Utilities folder) and have had no success. Error continues. I pressed the "Shift" key to start without third-party plugins (which there should be none after removing the application and preferences. No help. A note that the application, after you click 'OK' to confirm the error opens ever-so-press briefly (perhaps five to seven seconds) but just as quickly crashes.

  Honestly, I don't think that there is a problem with Adobe CC by saying given that other current applications (InDesign, 2015, Muse 2015, prelude 2015, Acrobat, etc.) open them all very well. It seems that Photoshop and only the last (current) version.

  I suspect that as it is, that this version of Photoshop is more compatible with my older iMac (graphics card). Here's some basic info:

  Model: iMac7, 1, Intel Core 2 Duo, 2.4 GHz, 4 GB, MSC 1.21f4

  Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro, ATI, RadeonHD2600, PCIe, 256 MB

  Memory module: DIMM0/0 BANK, 2 GB, 667 MHz, DDR2 SDRAM

  Memory module: 1/DIMM1 BANK, 2 GB, 667 MHz, DDR2 SDRAM

  This simple upgrade can be a more expensive if I am forced now to upgrade my computer . Any help would be appreciated.

  It is a known issue, I logged bugs on this subject a few weeks ago. He is still being worked on. The only solution for now is to install the previous version (CC 2015 16.0).

  (3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe > AAMupdater > 1.0

  Rename Old - 1.0 1.0 file

  Once you had renamed the 1.0 folder, launch the first cc pro 2014 from the Applications folder.

  When launched, click the Help menu and select updates and check.

  The problem ended that my time was not correct... A simple mistake.

  I made a new installation on an SSD, and I had trouble with the update.  Once I read this post, I checked my clock and it was wrong.  After the synchronization of the it, the update tool worked.
