  The user.activePromotions property returns a list of items in the repository promotionStatus.  An element of promotionStatus is created when the promotion is granted, in your case if the coupon is claimed.  Expiration date max uses the properties and promotion are copied to the promotionStatus element.  When an order is submitted, the promotionStatus.numUses properties are decremented if they were higher than zero to start.  The promotion is considered to be exhausted when numUses reaches zero.  Promotions unlimited fixed numUses-1, which bypasses the logic of decrement.  It's the long way to say that the promotion does not participate to the logic that consumes used promotions.

  If you need to apply a limit to the use of a promotion that has already found its place in activePromotions, I see a couple of choices.  Neither one is great.  There is nothing in the trade of Oracle to help you with this kind of update there is nothing that detects your case automatically when the IAB publishes changes.

  One option is to run a database query to update the property of promotionStatus.numUses.  Make sure that you don't update numUses for any other than the one to which promotion you want trouble...  If you're updating the database directly, all copies of the promotionStatus elements that are sitting in repository on your production servers caches affected will not be aware of the change, until the cached items expire or are invalidated.

  The other option is to write a kind of listener changes in deployment for ICC publication of events.  If you typically deploy a lot of assets. you would have to measure the impact on the performance of watch promotions deployed to see if there is a change in the fair usage limit.

  Yes, you can download a DNG Converter 6.7 (latest version) installation and reprocess older DNG in newer DNG and use the new options.

  However, there are some things you need to know. Lossy compression to reduce the size of the file, but it requires to make a mosaic of the original raw file and produces a linear DNG. Compression (at this stage, this may change) is level 10 JPEG. Thus, a lossy DNG format will be smaller for sure, but... This isn't without consequences... the rise TI DNG with loss always behaves like a raw file that is much smaller. You have always the option to make raw adjustments and the DNG with loss in a linear gamma, you always have the opportunity to make substantial recovery of the highlights...

  Also note, you actually have to downsample the DNG with loss... but you must understand it's literally downsample the resolution of the original image and you end up with a lower ground image. You REALLY don't want to do that to your raw file only "original"...

  Yes, you can do exactly that.  You have the choice of adding a new contact or by adding the number to an existing contact.  The use case you provided is exactly supported.  Someone is already in your list of calls to inform you of a new number. You follow the process I described, select this person in your contacts, and then add the number in the right field (or another)... say they have a second job?

• Problem updating existing Playbook - failure-104 Android app

  I signed a new version of my Android apk file and to prohibit the converted file. I use the Eclipse plugin to do this - Blackberry tools-> sign to the Blackberry World. So, no mistakes here.

  But, when I try to update the previous version of my application which is already installed on my Playbook (using the USB cable and 'Blackberry-deploy - installApp... command) ") I have result::failure-104.

  I downloaded the new versions several times and this is the first time I have problems.

  I compared the manifest of the last bar of file with manifests of all older versions of files bar. All names and IDS are the same in all files, - the package name, package id, package-author, version of package-authod-id number, name of the application, the application id, are incremented.

  The only difference I noticed is that in the last manifesto for 'Archive-created-by' is 'Apk2Bar version 1.6.0. All previous manifestos have value 'Blackberry BAR package v1.4'.

  What it means and it can be a cause of update of the question I have?

  I must say that I always use the same way to sign by Eclipse and that if I have already uninstall the Playbook application - installation of the new version is perfectly fine. Is just updated that is not working.

  I don't want to publish on Blackberry World because it is until I found what is the cause of this problem.

  The error you see is an incompatible certificate error being reported by Android (INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_INCONSISTENT_CERTIFICATES = - 104).

  Have you changed your signature Android keystore since you last deployed your application? You can try to remove the previous version of the application on your playbook first and try to redeploy.
