And here we go again. This time it's January 2016 and yet, there is an update that will give the following error message: unable to extract the downloaded files. Please try to download it again. (U44M1l210) The last time, it took about three frikkin' months to clear up this bug. I am a paying customer and should have to go through this s * t again.

When I try to do a CC update I get an error message U44M1I210, "failed update - impossible to extract the downloaded files. Try to press to redownload again. (U44M1I210) ' - help please - re-don't download makes no difference, applies to the latest Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop CC, others seem to be updated without problems. I can see the disk image files in the AAMUpdater folder, but they will not open and come up with message ' could not be opened - busy resource.
Another thing that makes everything work ultimately (after I finally properly installed all Apps CC etc - I couldn't get the Apps to save my preferences for each of them and Indesign would not open yet).
Make yourself as a user in the users and groups on "Admin", is added and with privileges "read and write" and "Apply to the clos etc.", when you 'get Info' on the hard drive if you can access/modify all the files and folders on the hard drive.

Try to update CC Bridge and Photoshop CC 2014 Creative Cloud program generates the error "failed to extract the downloaded files. Press Retry to download again. (U44M1I210). I am running Windows 7. Previous traffic on this subject did not help my situation.
Please clean the cache of the MAO by deleting after the contents of the folder:
For Mac:
· /Volumes/%volume Name%/Users/%Username%/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0
To win:
· C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0
Then try to run updates.

Creative Cloud poped upward and he said there where available updates. I clicked through to say things move forward and update applications that need them.

Then I opened a chat support window and after waiting 15 minutes chat support guy told me that he couldn't help me and I'm going to phone during opening hours.
Creative cloud costs $50 per month and Microsoft Office 365 costs $24 per month for their top plan which includes the largest value of Creative Cloud product (Office Premium Destop on 5 (not 2) machines, Office Web Apps on any machine, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Lync and Skydrive Pro more a Public facing Internet site with your own domain name.)
But in more more product for the money, Microsoft provides telephone support 24 hours a day for Office 365. Everything for 24 $par month.
How Adobe can be expected to ask for $50 a month and does not supported 24 hours a day?

I want to reinstall the software for my Officejet HP7310 on my Windows 7 Ultimate 32 of company laptop computer bits.
I download the software from HP.com site: AIO_CDB_Net_Full_Win_WW_130_141.exe.
Try to install it, the extraction of files stops at about 88%. Error: Unable to extract the files.
It seems that the 'Autorun.inf' file is blocked by the McAfee VirusScan Enterprise. McAfee Agent version 4.0.0.1494.

After the controls in the properties of McAfee, the problem could be solved.

Creative cloud error "Unable to extract the files."
I get an error saying "Unable to extract the files" when I try to install Lightroom CC 2015. I went to/private/tmp and found the installer and tried to run but the installation ends at 0% progress and linked me to a file summary.htm. Files summary.htm has "Requirements", written in it and nothing else. I check my system and I am well above the recommended level. What is my OS? I'm on Mac OS X 10.11.2 while the downloaded file creative cloud is Lightroom 6 LS11, who is old enough.
Even if we run tool Adobe Cleaner, it will simply remove applications installed, but not Adobe under libraries.
We have to remove it manually.
Try the steps marked as a correct answer.
