Hi, I get a new credit card and that you must update the payment of my subscription, but whenever I try to change the credit card the following error occurs;

I tried to solve by CAT without success.
I followed step by step on the site help, but still encounter the same error.
This problem occurs with several users, I found countless messages on the same problem, none of them found no solution.

  • Impossible to update payment information

    I need to update my payment information in order to continue to pay my package CC Adobe, but whenever I click on the 'save' button to save the details, nothing happens, as if the button does not work.     Maybe try in a private window (Google Chrome) or private tab (Mozilla Firefox).

    Hey guys!

    A few days ago there was a problem with my paypal so I was unable to pay my subscription of the CC. Now adobe asked me to update my payment information in order to be able to pay with paypal, but there is a problem with the site. When I click on the link "Edit" next to my paypal email address in the payment details window, there is no reaction to that. It just shows the four squares (loading icon) for a second, but nothing happens. Also the same thing when I click on save. I tried with all web browsers on my computer, but the problem appears in each of them.

    I contacted the live chat twice in the last 24 hours, but they could not help me. They promised I will be contacted by phone, but nobody called.

I tried many times in the past two months, updating credit card information and I was never renewed. Subscription keeps saying expired beyond the 24 hour mark it says it will take. I have double and triple checked the information of credit card and have recorded several times. I also never get an e-mail confirmation or an e-mail saying that he had a problem.     My old credit card information are on point or has expired and Im trying to update the site, but it does not for me. I need to fix this before October 30 or my membership will be cancelled. It seems with all the threads on this problem that adobe really needs to look at how their site is structured and secure it. I tried calling and chatting with customers and they didn't not help me at all, partly because they were Indians and did not fully understand my problem. It's extremely frustrating.
