  I get the error code 80073712 - windows component store is damaged - when you try to install windows vista SP1 and also the Cumulative security update to explore 7 (KB978207). Fails every time.

  I followed the advice and installed the system update tool for Windows Vista (does this twice), but still cannot download and install updates - get error 80073712.

  How can I fix the corrupted windows components store?

  If the SFC was not able to repair files then the best thing to do is to reinstall Windows.  You can try running a disk error check, if it fixes all of the problems, and then rerun the SFC and then install and run the System Update tool.  If there is still a problem with the SFC nto be able to complete then you should do a reinstall.

  You can not.  If you want to work with FGLayouts, I recommend drop back to the Release of June 2014 CC before they took the Design of FGLayouts mode.

  Solution #2: Modify your CSS FGLayout file by adding an X to the code as shown below.  This trick DW into thinking that it is a normal page, so you can use the new Design view.   NOTE: Do not change the CSS in design Panel.  Do it in Code view.  Record.  Close DW.  New launch DW.

  Sorry, I wasn't very clear.

  If you have a question to your EUL, for example, a fullname element and that you set a parameter based on the fullname element, for example, fullname_param and then your workbook contains a condition that uses the parameter, for example, fullname IN: fullname_param.

  If you change this condition by adding a supplement OR in the State, you can change the condition of:

  FullName IN: fullname_param or NVL (fullname, 'ALL') = DECODE (: fullname_param, 'ALL', fullname)

  Then when your user enters the value ALL the parameter fullname_param the condition that you have defined a filter on the fullname element displays all lines.

  Now if you also have a list of values defined for the fullname element then the item class used by the fullname also element will have to be changed so that it returns the value ALL in the list of values.

• System freeze when it is opened the tool update BIOS, how can I update the BIOS?

  I'm trying to update the BIOS on my 14 (1016tx) want.

  I downloaded the latest BIOS from the HP website and open it, the dialog box has 2 buttons only start at 1, output 2

  Click 1 start, then another dialog box pops up saying not to stop your computer blablabla... and asks me to confirm, OK or cancel

  However, all input devices have no answer at this time. No keyboard, touchpad, usb mouse no longer works. USB ports seem to be put off, since the light on my usb key is off.

  The power button does not work neither. I continue to press it for about 1 minute, just can't turn off the machine and I have to remove the power cord and the battery to stop the crazy fan.

  p.s. I just installed the operating system. (Windows 7 Professional 64-bit) until I try to update the BIOS.

  I managed to fix everything on time. It seems that the problem was caused by the absence of HP_TOOL partition on my hard drive.

  I downloaded the UEFI BIOS HP update and installed it, he created a partition of 2 GB HP_TOOL for me, and then the BIOS update tool work (it will restart the computer to update the UEFI BIOS and BIOS update).

  P.S. Just wonder why HP releases suck a stupid tool. If it relies on a HP_TOOL partition, it should just say that instead of drive the crazy fan and disable all buttons!

  You're probably on OS 6 or later.  Advanced options is not an option in OS later.

  What you'll want to look for is Options > device > advanced system settings.

  Have you checked if there is any description how to upgrade the utilities?

  I think that if you have not received any operating instructions how to use the update of the Tools CD, you should ask the guy to service for such documents.

  (2) run the Memory Diagnostics to look for problems with the system hardware. Type of memory in start search and press ENTER to open the memory diagnostic tool open.   1. click on start, type: "msconfig" (without the quotes) in the box and then press the ENTER"" key.

  2. in the general tab, click Selective startup.

  3. under "Selective startup", uncheck the "Load Startup items".

  4. click on the 'Services' tab, click to select the box "hide all Microsoft Services" and then click on disable all.

  5. click on 'OK '.

  6. When you are prompted, click "Restart."

  7. once the computer has been restarted, check if the problem is resolved.

  A way to add a setting to a virtual machine is to use a VirtualMachineConfigSpec and the ReconfigVM() of a VirtualMachine object method.  So, for the advanced option that you mentioned, you can use something like:

  ## the name of the VM to reconfig$strMyVMName = "someVM0"$vmMyVM = Get-VM $strMyVMName
  
  ## create a new ConfigSpec to configure the VM$spec = New-Object VMware.Vim.VirtualMachineConfigSpec -Property @{    extraConfig = New-Object VMware.Vim.OptionValue -Property @{        Key = "monitor_control.disable_mmu_largepages"        Value = "TRUE"    } ## end new-object OptionValue} ## end new-object ConfigSpec
  
  ## reconfig the VM with the given ConfigSpec$vmMyVM.ExtensionData.ReconfigVM($spec)
  
  ## update the VM's View data$vmMyVM.ExtensionData.UpdateViewData("Config.ExtraConfig")

  This establishes the additional configuration for a virtual machine.  You can adjust easily to many/all virtual machines (date you probably pass by using the ReconfigVM_Task() method, which runs asynchronously).  Enjoy.

  The answer came. It's a bit delayed by protesting, but apparently if you provide a domain, DHCP and DNS internal controller, these options are not available.
