Update will not update applications. Constant spinning wheel...

The icon in my sidebar on my finder says I need to update 2 applications. I click on 'open the updater '. The Update window opens and I get a constant blue spinning wheel. No updates occur.

Any ideas?

I shut down my computer and restarted (again). I downloaded again creative cloud and finally it worked. I was able to download lightroom and photoshop. Hope that their use on the cloud works better than this experience.

  • Adobe cloud will not launch applications

    Hi team,

    Hoping someone can help me here.  When I clock on the Adobe cloud icon on my desktop, the Apps page doesn't launch? This is my access to InDesign, Photoshop, etc., all that I have to finish some essentials. It worked perfectly the last time I used it and I have not changed anything. Any ideas?

    Could you please specify what happens when you click on the adobe icon.

    You get a white screen - you can refer -:new Creative Cloud application unusable: it is empty!

  • Creative Desktop Cloud application does not open: showing a spinning wheel of progress.

    I have a creative cloud account. When I look at, if there is no update, I click on the creative cloud software and the CC logo comes on the top iMac to the right page. The dialog box turns on, the wheel turns but not signing in.

    Adobe support center solution:

    For iMac Yasomite only

    1 top of the page to search right: click Activity Monitor > memory > delete all files open adobe (with the logo of adobe).

    2. on you Finder: click go > go to folder > type after ^ / library/application support of > remove only 2 files called AAMUpdater & OOBE.

    3. sign in to your web account adobe & re - install creative cloud.

    Once you connect, it will synchronize your software and display all available updates.

    There we go...

  • Photoshop will not launch - Application Manager Crahses

    I have a subscription to the CC and when I try to open photoshop I have Adobe Application Manager bouncing off the dock and nothing happens. I can't launch the creative cloud app someone knows how to operate? I need to get the work done!

    Jbelzeradams what version of OS are you using?  Have you tried to uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud application using the uninstall program in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder?

    I tried to backup my iPhone to my 2012 than MacBook Air and I get an error message saying that my computer is not allowed to install the phone apps. So I go into account > authorization > authorize this computer. Once I authorize my computer and you are trying to back up my phone again once I get the same error message saying that my computer is not allowed. I restarted my computer and it has not solved the problem. I have also signed my iTunes account and signed in and try to save my phone but I still have the same error message. I allowed off my computer and re-authorized and then restarted my computer, but I still get the same error message. He backs up everything just save my apps on my iPhone. Does anyone else have this problem or a solution to my problem? Thank you in advance!

    Data apps are part of backups, but the applications themselves are not. If necessary after a restore, they will be downloaded from the App Store.

    Since thinning in 9.2 iOS App, apps are are more copied from an iDevice in iTunes.

  • ITunes will not open "application Apple support was not found.

    I can't open Itunes to my office or anywhere else.  I get the response "Apple application support was not found.  Apple support is required to run Itunes.  Please uninstall and reinstall Itunes again.  Error 2 (windows error 2). "I tried everything, including uninstalling and reinstalling, and nothing works.  Help!
    I spoke to a Support technique Itunes several times and they traversed their gammat of possible remedies, but they came to the conclusion that this is a Windows problem.
    Thank you for what you can do to fix this frustrating problem.  I use Itunes all the time.

  • 3rd Admin user account will not run Applications

    I created a new user account with Admin power.  Originally, I have 2.  The new account gives me the message

    'Your Internet security settings prevented one or more files being opened' when I try and run an application.

    More strangeness.  I have reset IE11 with NO LUCK.  I tried to run C:\Windows\explorer.exe under RUN with NO LUCK.

    Weird, under run I have enough course I open Windows Explorer and CLICK BROWSE. From there, I SHOULD be able to run all programs.

    I went back to id NewQ and tried to run CCleaner, whose icons have been put in place as part of the installation of Firefox.

    I get the same STUPID message on "your Internet security settings prevented one or more current opening files".

    Last night I had a thought (sometimes even at my age), the message might actually be coming from my of Linksys WRT54G Router?

    As I focus on these issues, I found more questions.  This one is about the SSD is on my C:.  I was looking for in the backup does not complete...

    I downloaded the creative cloud office but when I try to go to the apps tab it says there is an error and I need to install the creative cloud. I uninstalled and tried again with nothing doesn't.
