    Hello

    The following steps may help:

If you have not already done so, update your iPhone to the latest version of the software:

It can then help to close all open applications on your iPhone and then restart your iPhone and your watch:

    • On your iPhone: double-click the Home button, and then drag upward on each Preview app to close;
    • Close the two devices together, and then restart your iPhone first.
    • Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

After you restart, check that your iPhone is connected to the Wi - Fi and follow the steps detailed here:

  • Update iPhone 4s to 9.2.1 says: impossible to verify the update you are no longer connected to the internet. but I am connected through wi - fi.

Update iPhone 4s to 9.2.1 says: impossible to verify the update, you are no longer connected to the internet. But I am connected by wi - fi and I get an email on the phone. My existing operating system is 6.something.

Go to settings > general > storage & use iCloud > manage storage (the first) > and if there is an update, delete it. Then go to settings > general > Software Update and try again.

If that doesn't work, try updating through iTunes on your computer.

  • To update iPhone 5 c 6 I have a question...

OK, so I am now eligible to proceed my iPhone 5 c to last 6, but I had just a quick question before I go out in reality to swap my iPhone current 5 c for a new...

I have a few apps installed on my current iPhone 5 c which cannot be updated because it is no longer present in the App Store for whatever the reason. So, I'm wondering if I'll be able to transfer these apps for my iPhone?

I am already familiar with how to perform a full backup of my iPhone 5 c via iTunes on my computer. I tested it on and it works like a charm. However, my concern here is that even backup that I restored on my phone, still able to port ALL about the new iPhone 6 or 6 s?

Also, I would to you guys know that I am an IOS old (7) for this kind of complicates things a little more I guess?

So, in other words - I need to transfer all these applications that are running on an obsolete iOS to a whole new iPhone and the new iOS. Is it still possible?

I guess I should prepare for the reality that I can lose some of these apps during all this upgrading process, but man, I have to admit that I would not lose this an app that I use every day (if you guys really need to know the name of this app in question) Well its called iTube, which allows the caching of the music off Youtube... Although I can cache is no longer new music but I have a ton of music on this app that I listen to every day to work out and such, and I wouldn't lose them all!)

In addition, I can't yet pass my iOS 7 to the latest iOS 9 on this iPhone 5 c simply because I don't have any storage left this iPhone... I use almost all of the 16 GB of storage. And in order to upgrade to the latest iOS 9 I need at least 2 GB, I think I saw him State, which would force me to remove some applications or photos or videos, that I'm not quite prepared to do now.

Anyway, if someone can get back to me on this I would be very happy.

I just need to know if all my apps that I have on this iPhone 5 c running iOS 7 will be able to get door on the new iPhone and iOS successfully. I intend to restore the real iPhone for the backup that I created here from home once I Exchange my iPhone current 5 c with 6 or 6 s.

Just need to make sure that this process will goes smoothly, or if I should wait for some serious problems with it.

Yes, I know, I don't know the results until I actually do. But I wanted to get feedback from someone who has done it first before I actually physically that done later this week.

Whelp, which of course was a mouthful! My apologies for the long question here. But, hoping to get a response from anyone who has successfully upgraded one more old iPhone and iOS on the new iPhone and iOS w / all of their apps makes during the restoration as well.

What I'd really be interested in hearing, is if someone has had an application that is more existed in the App Store and could no longer update and also ran an iOS more successfully upgraded to the new iPhone and iOS.

In hoping to hear some comments here.

    Thanks in advance!

If the application has been removed from the iTunes App Store back when we used the iOS 7, my guess is that the app only be supported in iOS 9, which will come preinstalled on your new iPhone 6 (6 I guess if it's the last model (s).)

If you have downloaded the app via iTunes on your computer, then the application is still on your computer. Weather or not it will actually work on a newer device is dependent on how the app update is and what iOS is supported. So if the developer pulled the app up to iOS 9, but you had only the iOS version 7, you (probably) won't be able to download the most recent update to iTunes because it was removed from the App Store.

Regarding the upgrade of applications and data from an older iOS to a newer iOS, this should go off without problem. This happens all the time in the Mac world. Update from an older operating system works the same way on an iPhone on a Mac computer. Your files are updated to work with the new operating system, and usually the application developers release updates for newer operating systems even before their release. For example, an application that you use in iOS 7/8 should have an app for iOS 9 compatibility update a few days before iOS 9 is released.

If you have everything backed up in iTunes, why don't delete you certain information from your iPhone and then update the software? I understand that it is easy to run out of space, but you can just delete music or apps until you have enough space for updates and then add the information once the update is complete. I would certainly recommend downloaded all updates IOS 7 before trying to update to iOS to 8/9. In addition, it takes less space to install an update if you download the update to iTunes and then install it on the iPhone to download the update directly on the iPhone.

    I hope this helps.

  • New Version of the iPhone software

The last two times that I have synced with iTunes, iTunes says that a newer version of the iPhone software is available (version 9.2.1). But I already have the version 9.2.1. It says to click on the button update, but this button is dimmed. When I look on my iPhone, it says there is no update available. Any ideas why it continues to be?

    Kelley

There is a new version of 9.2.1, which is only available through iTunes, not live. It addresses a possible problem with the phones that have been served by third parties. See If you see the error 53 and your iPhone or iPad is stuck on the screen 'Connect to iTunes' - Apple Support. If you have not had the phone served by a third party, you could ignore the recall until the next appropriate update, or let install so you stop making the notification. Not sure why the update button is grey to you. Are expect you after all automatic sync operation is complete?

  • Unable to update Apple software such as iTunes, Safari, camera RAW via AppStore mac

I could not update Apple software such as itunes, safari, camera RAW... etc via the mac app store.  Whenever I click on update, it will show 'installed' within seconds without actually updating the software and the same installation notification will appear again in the app store.

I can update some of the apps manually through the apple website and download the update file. However, I wonder if there is a remedy to this problem without having to manually update each time.

This problem is only limited to the Apple software, 3rd party applications I've downloaded from the app store can be updated without problems.

This problem started when I Yosemite, and I've since updated to El Capitan (without a clean install) and the problem persists...

I'd appreciate any help to solve this problem. Thanks in advance!

I've just updated my software on my mac to Capitan 10.11.4

I had no problems until now when downloading pictures from my i phone, which is also aware of the software updates.

Since the mac update, I now have problems with uploading photos.

The photos are transferred to the library and are displayed as it should, however when I try and add photos on Ebay, Kijiji, or my site the photos are displayed on the side here.

I can't upload photos on Autotrader at all now!

I have tried to turn the photos in the library, in order to temporarily solve the problem, but the photo then displays exactly how she has changed.
