  You can be charged for the use of data on an ipad, if it has a SIM card

  Cellular data.

  If your home wifi is unlimited you will not be charged more.

  Unless your WiFi has a hat of data ie download limit.

  Project: Custom Portal Application WebCenter integrated with ADF custom workflows. Oracle Access Manager 11.1.1.5 used for authentication.

  Within our application WebCenter portal, see static ADF resources served by the servlet "resources" being cached by the browser as WebLogic sends us a header Cache-Control 'Public', as well as a directive expires at a later date. This works perfectly but we do not see this with static content in-app.

  In contrast to resources under < context_root > /afr / * images directly in the application are returned to the browser without header a Cache-Control, so some browsers are asking the image whenever the page is loaded. We have thousands of users, so it's originally a large number of unnecessary applications.

  Resources (images) are in a directory called 'images' in the folder 'public_html '.

  How can we ensure that WebLogic/ADF sends a "Public" Cache-Control directive in the browser when the resources are being requested?

  Please make sure that the images are uploaded through the servlet by reference or resource direct public_html/subfolder in the configurations of your image. Alternatively, you can put your images in a JAR file as shown here

  For some reason, the ".note" added at the end of the script gets erased once the script has finished.  I can get it even to confirm that it applies the note to the image, but once it is complete, it's gone.  Any ideas as to why?

  The Windows 7 FAQ has reported that Windows 7 could be reinstalled everything keeping the settings. The same can be done with Vista? If not, is there a safe way to delete these keys, so the software can be installed/re-installed without having to make a facility 'clean '?

• Battery fails to charge on the Satellite A100-522

  Recently I let my battery run completely, he left this weekend and then wanted to charge Monday. I plugged the AC power, noted the light orange and left for a few hours.

  Upon his return he the laptop wouldn't turn on using battery and found that my battery had any accused. I checked to see if my battery was one of the defective batteries by using the utility test porgram and visually checking the sequential codes with the Web from Toshiba site.

  But my battery was not one of the defective batteries (and incidentally the battery Exchange program expired in February 2007). I have also made sure that the battery is in place and that the connectors are clean, but always in vain.

  Any ideas would be useful as a portable computer with no battery, is a pretty useless laptop.

  Normal opportunity, I was crying foul. But you said you just buy the phone. In this case, its normal. When the firmware is new, usually, when you have just done a repair or a new firmware update, it happens to you. And in your case, the phone is new. Android does many things in the background when it first starts. This can last for hours. It is also essential to leave a load newphone for a few hours. Mainly to compensate for this.   If you want and if you can, then you could try to replace the battery to check if this problem is related to a dysfunction of the accumulator.
  I mean your battery is 4 years old and it wouldn't be nothing unusual if your battery does not work as it should.
  My battery is about 6 years old and 3 years may not be loaded correctly.
