No, sorry - this is a recent change.  Within the Creative Suite 6, it's is no longer possible to upgrade one suite to another.

    Your license allows you to have the software enabled on both machines at any time.  If you need to have on another you would need to disable one of the two machines before you activate the new installation.

    The download is now complete - in my downloads, I found a folder called package. It contains the following files:

    Now how can I install the software on my Macbook? I tried to open the files, but it just opens Archive Utility and creates a second version of the file that I clicked on.

    Hello, last year I bought Adobe CS6 Design & Web premium for students, and what I ordered, it is for Mac. I installed it in my iMac and Macbook, but then I separated from my iMac because I planned to install it in another machine (a windows desktop computer which is also mine). But then I typed the serial number to the design & web premium Adobe in windows and it said "the serial number you entered is invalid."

    No idea how to transfer the CS6 for this machine?

    A CS license is only good for a kind of platform...  PC against Mac.As far as I know you need to buy another license in order to be able to use the software on two different platforms.

    In my view, there are a lot of thread on this issue, but they are all very old so I wanted to ask once again for the update of the comments.  I want to move my iMac to El Capitan, but I'm just checking if my suite CS6 will work with him - I can't be without Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver... the rest of the suite that I use, but it is not as important and upgrade of Adboe CC is not an option for me.

    And I would add that CS6 has reached the end of life. It will be never updated for compatibility El Capitan.

    If you are not ready to move to the creative Cloud then do not move to El Capitan or Sierra.

    What proposed Mylenium is quite right because according to the threshold point (which is copied out of the newspapers you posted) suggested that the fonts are used. Try to restart the computer and try again.

    In addition, checking the logs, I see that there seems to be some problems with the permissions as well.

    Hello everyone, I am a bit lost when it comes to upgrading a Creative Suite package.  First of all, it is almost impossible access to what whether Creative Suite related on the Adobe site, as all the links eventually tries to get the user to purchase a subscription to creative cloud instead of a Creative Suite.  This made it difficult to find information on Creative Suites in general and advertise almost impossible to find.

    Web site navigation side, I'll give you a brief summary of what I currently have: I bought a registration key for the Adobe Design Standard Student Edition software package about CS6 two years ago (?) instead of cloud creative because I'd rather have a perpetual license instead of a subscription.  From this point, I took an interest in creating animations in Photoshop using techniques of creating the image by image. However, I would like to acquire the animation programs (specifically After Effects, Flash Professional and Flash Builder) who are part of the Production Premium and Master Collection packages in order to create the best content.

    Where does this leave me: at the beginning, I planned on buying everything just the programs I needed and standalone purchases, but after trying to navigate the site, it was obvious that I would not find what I was looking for, like most, have led to a creative advertising Cloud.  I am not at all interested in creative Cloud subscription system, so this isn't an option for me.  Basically, I need to upgrade my current design Standard CS6 Student Edition to a Production Premium CS6 Student Edition or a Master Collection CS6 Student Edition.  I already had a conversation by chat with Adobe Help system message, but I couldn't hardly representative to understand my request, much less give the answers that I needed.

    What I need to know is: can I upgrade my current design Standard package a Production Premium or Master Collection Student Edition CS6 for less money than any purchase of one of the two packages again?  Where can I do it without being redirected to a page CC?

    I doubt that, but using the link you could buy the missing parts separately.   It seems that you wanted to buy the Master Collection, which comes with a higher price because it has more apps that go with.

    No member of these forums can work on a sale or swap with you.  You will face special dealing with Adobe directly... try using the cat.  I have already provided the link to get in touch with them.
