It has Windows 7 Ultimate on it and the original 256 MB 1Rx16 pair sticks of memory PC2-3200U-333-10-C1 with that he came. I turn to most compatible memory available for this model.   Maybe you used the memory modules bad.
  As far as I know that you can upgrade memory for max 192 MB
  The 64 MB has been installed in an internal memory and cannot be deleted.

  As a general rule, her upgrade CPU what whether it is compatible with the motherboard will NOT give you a lot of performance. The GT 620 is a low range GPU and there are a lot more mature.
