    Your best solution is to continue to submit your watch for the service by Apple.

  • My Apple Watch guard disconnect from my iPhone

    My new Apple Watch (42mm Sport, watch OS 2.0.1), since the first day, was disconnected from my iPhone (6, iOS 9.2).

    Most of the time in the day, it is not connected (with the small red disconnect icon) or it does not show my phone watch notifications.     I recently like millions out there I've updated my Apple Watch to watch OS 3. Today noon 15/09/2016, I noticed that when I raised my hand/wrist to wake up screen Apple Watch it flickered once. I did this action several times to confirm that I clearly understand what was going on. I started to solve the problem, powered off/on power the Apple Watch. Issue continues. I did a reset on the Apple Watch hold the button of the Crown and the power at the same time until the powers of the device and restart. This action eliminates the problem. Apple Watch works as expected, screen flicker stopped when hand/wrist is triggered and screen Apple Watch wakes up to the top. Unfortunately, after some time between 2 and 3 hours of new screen flickering starts. I did some digging online but have not encountered this problem. I realize that the watch OS 3 has only been published days before so I wasn't expecting to fall on part.

    My question: is this a known problem that will be patched with an upcoming release or I'm the first to report this problem? Any information would be much appreciate.

    It is too early to know if it would be regarded as a known issue. This is not the case on my Apple Watch after the update.

    So, I've been using a Apple Watch for a while and my number one problem is that 'Activity', I put together for the last year is not sync with the iCloud, so when I upgraded my iPhone 6 to iOS10 all my activity watch is gone. I tested this point last week and it seems that "Activity" app does not synchronize your data in the cloud, so if you lose your phone or your watch you will have to start all over again and latest data are lost. This seems to be a huge concern when I spend all this time my overall follow-up and progress. Everyone see what happens if you put to level or restart/reset your watch or your phone?

    Health and historical activity data is stored on your iPhone. It is not recorded separately in iCloud.

    To guard against data loss, be sure to make regular backups of your iPhone.

    If the backup via iTunes, make sure to select the option to encrypt iPhone backup (unencrypted backup excludes the sensitive data, including health and activity). iCloud backups are encrypted as standard.
