  My iMac with 8 GB or RAM 2011 works very well with the 10.11.2 was last updated. It is up to you to decide. It should work perfectly on almost any new machine of 2015.

  I just bought the new Macbook and am trying to get to the top and running.

  When I open my Messages application, it is said, "the Messages database is being upgraded, please wait while it finishes, or Messages of Quit and relaunch later.» I still see people sent me messages, they appear on my screen in the upper right corner.

  I tried to look online for the solution and found nothing. Any thoughts? I did not do anything on the computer at all.
