  go to, patches > Quick links to: latest Patchsets, Mini Packs and Maintenance Packs > Fussion MiddleWare > your OS > 10.1.2.2 or 10.1.2.3, you do not need to 10.1.2.1, if you have a larger version, it should work.

  Our unit will soon deploy IE7 on our machines. I'm looking for simple instructions to upgrade to 10g R2. We are currently on 10g R1 (9.0.4). I guess it will be a simple-to-install DevSuite R1 and re - install the DevSuite R2 (10.1.2.0.2). But is there also a patch that I have to install? I also found a white paper to help understand how to use JRE w / running forms in IE7, I understand that the JRE is preferable to JInitiator. Is this correct?
  
  So, to summarize the steps:

  2. install DevSuite R2 (10.1.2.0.2)

• NB250 - 10G of memory upgrade question

  We recently bought a number of Netbooks NB250 - 10G, some have been ordered with 2 GB of memory and others with 1 GB. For a few machines of 1 GB, 2 GB expansion modules were purchased to subsequent to 2 GB (Correct Toshiba KTT1066D3 Kingston DDR3 / 2G).

  When upgrading memory is installed, when the netbook is started it turns on, then turns off, then lights up - this cycle continues. I tried a lot of modules KTT1066D3 / 2G and all do the same thing in any netbooks NB250 - 10G that were shipped with 1 GB.

  Subject 2 GB modules work in subject NB250 - 10G bought with 2 GB. _No_ 2 GB modules work in _any_ NB250 - 10G bought with 1 GB.

  Both the NB250-10Gs comes with 1 GB and 2 GB have same bios version (1.3) and the bios settings.

  After a quick web search, this is a known issue.

  Hello everyone!

  I have a satellite A300-1 to 9 (Intel Core 2 Duo T8300, Ati 3650, lcd WXGA 1280 * 800, 2 discs hard etc.) running Windows XP + SP3 + utility Toshiba etc...

  These are my questions...

  (1) can I upgrade the CPU Core 2 Duo P8400?
  (I know that T8300 and P8400 use the same socket)

  (2) can I put my screen WXGA (1280 x 800) with a WXGA + (1400 * 900) or WSXGA + (1680 * 1050)?
  How will this affect the battery consumption?

  (3) having the computer plugged (a/c power), when I close the lid, the computer goes into sleep mode.
  When I open the lid, the computer wakes.
  Unfortunately, the computer is running on battery power is not the case... I opened the lid and nothing happens,
  I have to press the power button for pc to wake up...

  Satellite A300's newest model of laptop and I wonder how you feel about this hardware upgrade after so little time to use.
  In General, these upgrades are probably possible, but certainly not supported by Toshiba.
  In other way such radical update as a poster of upgrade is absolutely not logical for me. You probably know how expensive these parts are.

  In my opinion, should you sold your laptop and buy new with exact material you like to have.

  What about the last question? Please check all settings in the control panel and make sure that you have chosen the right option when the notebook is on battery or plugged in.

• UPGRADING TO 10G FROM 1 INTERFACE G PORTCHANNEL WITH SUBINTERFACE

  I have a friend, we are planing to upgrade of the interface of 1 G to 10G interface.

  in fact, we have two portchannel interface with four each, they are at 1 G.

  I want to replace the port-channel interfaces, with interface 10G but this portchannel have many subinterface.

  If I try to remove the last intefaces of 1 G of the portchannel, it will display a message saying that the portchannel can not be without interface as have subinterface, at least one interface must be in the portchannel.

  I want to delete all the interfaces of 1 G and add 10 G interfaces.

  I want to try, if befere remove the interface G last 1, I add a 10G interface and later remove the last interface 1 G, here my question, this could work?

  I would like to know a way to make this change.

  You can manually change the interfaces in the startup-config and restart the firewall.

  My databases are on Solaris10 and GR 11, 1 material and I have to move to GR 11, 2. I intend to use export/import for the task. I have a question about the upgrade to GR 11, 2. What follows is correct for the upgrade steps:
  
  (1) a full export of 11 GR 1 matter of database - use expdp and FULL = Y.
  (2) an import complete (FULL = Y once again) in the new GR 11, 2 base with the dumpfile from step 1 (we are required to create a new database of 11 GR 2 and not upgrade the GR 11, 1 existing material db. This new DB has already been created by a different s/n.
  3) update everyone in dev with new information db etc. - tell deployment to new application server - this step is trivial and familiar to me.
  
  The steps above correct or is there a flaw in there?

• El Capitan 10.11.4(5 & 6) upgrade question

  I have an iMac 2010 (3.2 Ghz Intel Core i3, 4 GB 1333 Mhz DDR3, 1 TB HDD - 485 GB free) that runs quite happily El Capitan 10.11.3

  Unfortunately, trying to upgrade to 10.11.4 gave me the white screen of death white.  No hassle, time machine backup, don't try again, no question of devices attached, even.

  Waited for the release of 10.11.5 and 10.11.6 and have the same problem again.  Equipment of diagnosis showed no problems and has even downgrading to 10.11.3 and 10.11.2 and update go here has not solved the problem.

  Has anyone struck this problem and solved?

  Satellite Pro A300 is not that win 8 supported means that you will not find to win 8 drivers for this series, but of course, you can use Win 8 on this unit.

  In some cases, the municipality of Win 7 drivers would be compatible.

  Toshiba tools like VAP (value added package) to win 8 can also be used, but we must look for a Win 8 VAP released for other more recent models.

  Touchpad driver can be downloaded from the page of the Synaptics driver also other drivers like LAN or WLan can be found on chip manufacturer pages.

  Generally upgrade the HARD drive is not complicated, and that's why you only have to remove the cover of the HARD drive on the lower side of your laptop to replace the HARD drive.

  Satellite Pro A100 already use hard disks with SATA interface so you have such a HARD drive. In addition, I would recommend a 5400 RPM model because it s quite fast and doesn t a lot of power.

  So that s what you need to know about upgrading. Theoretically, you can use the old or an external HDD with an external HARD drive enclosure. Also no problem. :)

  You can use different memory module sizes, but you should be 100% sure that both modules supports the same specifications as DDR2 533 MHz (PC2-4200)

  To be honest, you are very limited if it comes to upgrade the hardware of s for laptop.
  You have already upgraded the RAM. That s OK.

  You could also switch from the HDD to the SSD. This performance of the laptop from the read and write process would be much faster. Also the laptop would be faster start and would go a lot smoother.
