• How to use my service to export to PDF after upgrade to Adobe Reader DC?

  I've recently upgraded to Adobe Reader DC on my pc with Windows 8 and can convert most PDF's into Word documents. I am sent on the Acrobat subscription page. There is no option to use the service to export it to Adobe PDF format so that I paid. Does anyone have a solution to this?

  Please make sure that you are logged with your username in CD player.

  Also please try exporting PDF to word by going to this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf by logging in with your adobe ID.

  Let us know if you able to convert pdf to word using this link.

  What you do, it is go to the Adobe Web site, click on your product and specify that you want to return items - you want a FULL REFUND!

  What is the first option, they give you?  The session ever elusive "cat."  Three times I tried with various silly responses that got me nowhere

  On my 4th attempt, I'm someone who knew what they were doing - literally within 5 minutes, all problems solved, and things everything works perfectly.

  So... my words of advice - forget trying to fix yourself - hitting where it hurts - in the wallet... the minute you say you want a refund - they struggle to get you fixed, hung, up and ready to go!

  Hello, I think it's just a bug in the plugin check website - your system details also show that you are using adobe reader 10.1.7 which is the latest version available for windows vista, then you can safely ignore the warning on the mozilla plugin check page (which is probably looking for Player version 11.0.3 adobe has not been available for windows vista However).

  Adobe has enhanced its services Adobe of XI in DC (Acrobat and Reader now are DC Pro/Standard Acrobat and Acrobat Reader DC). It's the new software, which is not preferred by all the clients I've seen on the internet.

  If you want to return to your reader XI (attention: there will be updates not more stability, security and other operating systems), you can bind you Adobe:

  Adobe - Adobe Reader: for Windows: Adobe Reader 11.0 - installer multilingual (MUI)
