  It is still available in LR 6.  Exactly what did you do that you don't?  You may be using the wrong wording.  This is not a function of export; It's a "print to: JPEG File" in the print Module

  If you have purchased the version upgrade of the LR6 (not full version) you MUST have the serial number of the previous version to install the upgrade

• Can't upgrade to LR6 LR5 - what can I do?

  I used LR 5 two years with great pleasure and wanted to upgrade to 6. I paid for and downloaded the upgrade, but have now failed three times to install it. Each time, even if I follow the instructions I have received, I find myself in the creative cloud, which I don't want. Now, months of delay of the trial, I can't yet use it properly, and when I try to go back to LR5, for some reason, I am always sent to my useless LR6. What I think I do is uninstall everything and start over (aargh!) or turn my back on LR completely - I don't really want to do. Meanwhile, I also found that there is no sign on the site of Adobe my LR5 having been recorded, which is clearly impossible. Is it possible to get an aso LR6 disc that I can download that?

  When you first install LR 6, it will look like the creative cloud because the software is identical. When you apply your serial number, then it becomes 6 LR, LR 6 functions only and with no creative cloud features. See How to convert a trial of Lightroom Lightroom 6 CC

• Develop the module problem after upgrade to LR6

  I upgraded from LR4.4 to 6, but had made a stop at 5.7 on the way. I have improved the catalog to v5.  Now in LR6, that I bought at the end of the day, photos in the develop module are corrupt. I can see them but are mainly grey with a few colourful highlights. Don't know if it's a question of catalog or how to fix. All files seem to be affected!

  Please turn off the graphics processor in the Lightroom preferences.

  Open Lightroom

  Go to Lightroom preferences in the Edit menu

  Click the performance tab

  Deselect the graphics processor

  Restart Lightroom

  It's so darn frustrating.  I'm at the Canada and all I want to do is upgrade from 5 to 6.  The default website to purchase CC or puts me in the Bank for Southeast Asia.  Once I change the location to the Canada, there is no longer an option to upgrade.  I tried their 'support' chat and they told me they would send me a phone number to call tomorrow.  Can someone tell me how to give Adobe my money?

  I've owned Lightroom since it was released when I paid $316,94 for her.  I bought the 2.0 for $103.95 update, then update 3.0 for $69.30 (on another account accidentally) and then joined the CC full suite.  Our Canadian dollar began to decline in value and I didn't feel that the subscription has been good value more, especially since I'm more a clean user of Photoshop and CS5.  I found that Lightroom is useful once again and so I bought last year updated for $88,48 USD and the product has glitches but I used it.

  Recently, I had to install on my Samsung laptop and found, I had to deactivate the license on my desk to use, and I find this pain connection and disconnection, since I do not have the foresight to know when to sign physically out of my office before I use my laptop.  Going to the Adobe store earlier, it does not allow me to buy another license upgrade for my second computer while the 'old' version of Lightroom was fine with me on my laptop and desktop.  I do not have a heavy user for a few years, but I start to have some interest in my work and need the laptop and the computer.  Adobe authorized a second upgrade license, am I expected to buy a full version new or I just go to Corel whose entire suite is less than the Lightroom upgrade?

  Again, I am mostly a Photoshop user and really need Lightroom to catalogue and cropping for final prints only selections, and it seems a little extreme that I cannot use my license on one computer at any time, why not the second?  I think Adobe is assuming we all have easy access to the internet and a wi - fi connection, and that Canadians want to pay twice as much for Adobe products as everyone else.  I installed two trials of Corel since they're cheaper reunited to form a new owner even a Lightroom update still less a total of the purchase, and so far they have integration with Photoshop and the feature settings of catalog, just I don't like not having to learn how to use when I already own another product.

  My trial is over, but I can still use the version of LR that I downloaded from the web page of LR CC (I couldn't see the button LR 6.3 initially).  I guess that the version is 6.3 because I had a update while running the trial version of LR CC and the new version has the "Classic" import image menu, which became available in the 6.3, the latest version.

  I guess that this is, in fact, true?

  If your trial period is over you can not use LR more.
