  I'm looking to replace my Dell laptop with a 15.6 laptop "series of Inspiron 5000, which has 16 GB RAM 1 TB HD, Intel i7 processor and an AMD Radeon R5 M335 4 GB DDR3 video card.  It is a touch screen with Windows 10.  In talking with Dell technical support, I was told that PhotoShop CS6 FONCTIONNERA NOT with Windows 10 not with the touchscreen even though technology Adobe said it will work with Windows 10 on its "required page.  Dell said that it works with WIndows 7.  I'm confused.  The Adobe forums seem to suggest that Photoshop CS6 will work, so with touch screen and WIndows 10, is there something in the specifications of laptop above Dell that suggests that I'm having a problem?  Will it be buggy?  PhotoShop CS6 will work only with a mouse and not the touch screen?  Is this a problem with the video card? I can't find enough information to feel confident about ordering this Dell laptop forums.  I can go to the 7000 series with a 4 GB NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 960 M graphics, but I'm not a gamer.

  As the title suggests, just upgraded to Windows 10, now indesign does not open. It is interesting to other applications CC open, but no indesign. When I try to open from the finder, I get an error indicating that the file ddl virtual studio c ++ 110.dans is missing. I tried all the normal things to make it unmissing, but they do not seem to work.

  Hello, I had actually already tried using the tool unistaller. All uninstalled, then reinstalled, which did NOT work.

  I was upgrade to Windows 8.1 for windows 10.

  I managed to get InDesign to work as follows:

  1. Everything uninstalled uninstaller of windows (and not via CC).
  2. At running the Adobe uninstaller tool (it has not found anything however).
  3. After I installed CC, I noticed that CC has reinstalled the package to redistribute C++ 2008 I've heard causes problems.
  4. I uninstalled then manually C++ 2008 package, but left 2012 and 2015.
  5. Then I installed InDesign. When I installed indesign it installed a few other packages C++, but... Responsible inDesign! Still a bug or 3 but it works at least.

  It worked for me.

  I wonder if someone knows this problem - I have just installed Windows 10 on my 3 Surface Pro (from 8.1) and everything seems to be going smoothly, but when I went to use Photoshop CS6, a window pops up saying that my trial period has expired - even though I have the full version (Yes, it's a copy real, bought at Adobe).  First, it gave me an option to type in a serial number, I did.  Which appeared to fix it, but the next time I started the PS, the same window appeared, this time with the counter to 00 days and a button that says "continue trial".  When I quit Photoshop and it has reopened, the meter was at 30 days, and he asks me if I want "the software license" (again).  I wonder if someone has encountered this problem after upgrading, and if there are fixes to the problem.

  What I did was to download the demo version of CS6 and deleted any reference to Photoshop CS6 out of my registry. It worked well and I just registered then the trial version and bingo! Seems to be fixed.
