  I wonder if anyone can help me, I'm almost ready to throw away the computer...

  Sounds very similar to what I had come last week. I did not now what the site was, but I noticed that the box seems to be analysis what were the Windows system files, it could not have been real. I do not download anything either, and I think that if you have not then you are probably safe. I am far from being an expert in the field and am sure that someone with more expertise will also.   Looks like without the audio element is a nested element.  You will need to restore the audio signal in order to see the wave forms.

  CC of Muse doesn't have the serial number for installation. You could get this prompt because of some networks of communication-element blocking with Adobe servers.

  Please try the following: -.

  (1) If you are on a MAC: -.

  Press shift + command + G (another Finder, go--> go to folder) to open go to folder.

  Type / etc, and then open the file called hosts.

  Check if you have any Adobe associated entry in the file.

  If so, please rename the file and check again.
