• Urgent please help: How can I find on what fills my hard drive?

  My drive C guard fills, and I don't know why.  Yesterday, I removed more than 40 GB of files and delete a lot more (I emptied the Recycle Bin).  In the last 4 hours, filled an another 30 GB and I'm now in the red zone (5 GB in the last twenty minutes!).  I only kept a very small Word document on the hard drive.

  It only started past recently, in the last two weeks or more.  I am on Windows Vista and I have McAfee.  I recently completed a full scan and nothing significant has come.

  I have only 5 GB on my C drive on the left, and there is nothing more that I can remove it.  How can I find out what does this and how do I that to solve this problem?

  To see the new size and compare it to the old size

  If a program has a file open, you can use this procedure to find out which program.

  openfiles/local on

  Reset

  openfiles/query /v | findstr /i "WebCacheV [0-9] *------catdb \.edb \.msmessagestore .dat".

  Delete the files updated by the Service Pack

  See how much space taking up type which is below and note the total size (because it scrolls away). Also, note that the total is higher than it actually is.

  This will remove the ability to uninstall service packs.

  According to the service pack that Windows was provided with you can have both, one or none of these two files.

  Move your Documents

  If you have another disk, you can move the documents folder to it.

  Delete the thumbnail and icon Caches

  Compress files

  There are two ways to compress files in windows. Zip files and built-in file compression. It's built-in file compression. For more information on compression type zip in Start - Help and Support .

  Photos, music and video are already compressed. They can get larger if Windows tries to compress it any further. Also usually a bad idea to compress system files.

  If you have files of worksheet they can very well be compressed. If you have files, installation files, they can also be good candidates. Web pages are also good candidates.

  In Windows Explorer, blue file names means Tablet (it is the file system compression not aka zip files compressed files). Green filename means Encrypted.

  To disable file names colored, in Explorer - Tools menu (Alt + T)- display tab and then clear the check box for Show encrypted or compressed NTFS in color .

  Windows compression, encryption and security to work for the most part by applying attributes to a folder and the files in the folder inherit the folder.

  If you have all the files appropriate for compression, find them in solution, made Explorer right click - Properties - general -Advanced button tab - Compress contents to save disk space. Choose to apply to all files and folders when asked.

  When powered on press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, this resets the phone.

  You can also remove the battery for a minute, if the above does not work.

  This does not sound like a network problem, to have that full signal does not mean that you will be able to connect if the network traffic is high or you are being faced with a different tower. Call your provider if the problem persists.

  Really depends on what you have for unique identifiers... If you want just a report of all users with the same name and first name:

• Help - color automatically turns into grey scale?

  I'm sure that there is a really easy solution for this, I can't find it!

  So here's the scenario: I open an image in photoshop it's black and white. I go to the color palette and choose a color (say I chose red). I go to any tool that would make the use of this color (like the brush), and when I try to use it, it goes to grey!

  Looks like your image is in grayscale mode.  Try to set to RGB.

  Hello, I am new to both the elements and these forums. I will do my best to provide adequate information about my computer so all you tech wizards can help me.

  First of all, the problem: when I play my video after removing my files support, color is strongly tinged with a color teal-ish.   Question side: is there a way to edit the video to be read at a faster speed? Like to take 60 seconds of video in real time and convert every 15 seconds (fast movement, instead of slow motion)?

  To make the video play more fast using the time stretch tool (right click on the item in the Assembly). To compress the 60 seconds at 15 use a value of 400%.

  I'm currently hosts two of our corporate websites, they are similar sites, and both share the same database.
  
  The database file is in the root directory of the site 1 also pages admin for download from two different sites are also in site 1.
  
  The problem I have is this: add products to the database via the admin pages products could either be linked to site 1 or site 2, I also use the new version of the download pure asp so I can join the data sheets for the various products.
  
  Once I have added products for site 1 and click on the product, I am looking for it then gives me a link to where the data sheet is for this site in particular, it's good that the path would be "domainname\pdfs\products", I can then click on the dynamic link returning the file.
  
  However, IF I added products to pages admin in site1 site2, serach for a product and need to shoot to the top of the data sheet associated to her like this "site2\pdfs\products" URL all in this path is correct except the path must be site1 does not place 2 because that is where all data sheets are stored.
  
  So, how is it possible to do this.

  I think that the simple to solve your problem on the Site 2 is to manually change
  dynamic links to point to Site1 by using a full URL.

  I guess only you store the name of the document, if that is the case
  then you probably see something like that for the link:

• Urgent: need help on problems on the iPhone after updating iOS 10 6s

  Hey there! It's my third post about the problems Ive been face on my devices after 10 updated iOS. Initially, after that I've updated, the music app was not running on my phone-all I could see was an empty screen and the APP crashed and I was redirected to the homepage in a few seconds. Tired to restart the phone, deleting and then adding the app back, nothing worked. Not at all. So I tried to restore my phone, save all content via icloud. Followed all the steps and after the restoration of the aircraft of other problems surfaced, BUT the music app still does not work.

  Now, not only the app does not work, I can no longer sync my iPhone with iTunes. Whenever I try, I get the following errors:

  (1) itunes cannot sync the iPhone connection has been reset

  (2) iTunes sync session could start.

  IF PLEASE NOTE, BEFOR RESTORE IPHONE I COULD ALWAYS SYNCHRONIZE WITH ITUNES EVEN AFTER IOS UPDATE 10 AND TRANSFER THE MUSIC ETC, BUT JUST COULDN'T NOT OPEN MUSIC APP TO PHONE-NOW I CAN'T DO EITHER!

  I have tried pretty much everything, restart both phone & iTunes, reset the network settings on my iphone, reset itunes sync history, by removing the lockdown folder, running iTunes as administrator on my PC, change my USB in corduroy, update iTunes, reinstall iTunes on PC-nothing seems to work AT ALL. And it's extremely frustrating. I can sync music/documents on my iPad after update of the device and the restaurant then (iPad also has major problems) and then play the music on it but just isn't my phone can be synchronized. It is a function important and if I can't synchronize my device is a sitting duck.

  The new update of iOS also gave my massive lag of phone. Screen freezes, apps for time-consuming, HDR photos take longer to be broken. It is just too heavy to wear.

  CCAN anyone help me please with my iTunes sync + music matters app... I really regret updating to the new iOS. Please help me.

  If you are on Windows, uninstall iTunes, uninstall Apple Mobile Device Support. Once both are uninstalled, reinstall itunes, see if it syncs with itunes then.
