  They probably had the IE icon because Windows automatically associate with IE html files.

  You are running Internet Explorer by chance? If so, the Flash Player you have is NOT in need of Adobe Reader and Acrobat. If there is a link in the message, use that, rather than assuming that you already have Flash Player. If this does not work, let us know.

  Basically, I recommended windows open a folder with a lnk file but when I made all my icons have been transformed into office lnk files and I couldn't open any of them please help I tried in safe mode, but the files are still the same

  This file association is more easily solved by using the system restore to roll back in time to before the beginning of the question.  There are some registry changes to correct, but I highly recommend the system restore instead.  You can open it by searching the restore in your Start menu.

  Exit Windows Media Player.

  (b), select all the files in the folder and then click on Delete on the file menu.

  Note: you don't have to remove the folders that are in this folder.

  (c) restart Windows Media Player.

  Note Windows Media Player automatically rebuilds the database.

  1. you must have full control permissions in the root folder of any disks you select to scratch them off.  Make sure that your specific user account has this level of access.

  2. you can get a prompt to allow you to change the disks scratch when Photoshop starts if you hold Ctrl-Alt immediately after starting Photoshop since its entry in the menu or shortcut.  You must be very quick and it may take several tries, but if you press the buttons in time you will get a pop-up dialog box that looks like this.  You can use it to change your selections.

• Crisis of digital music files: Please help

  I want to get away from purchase on iTunes and play files from my iTunes library on Windows Media Player. Before this is possible, I need to understand something. I lost the iTunes feature. I followed the instructions in the forum iTunes on the backup of my iTunes library, and the result was disastrous. I now have an iTunes Media folder on my desk, with titled subfolders automatically add to iTunes, downloads and music. All my iTunes albums seem to be in the music folder. When I opened my iTunes library I have all my album covers but when I click on one of them I get the message "the song... not found used because the original file cannot be found.   I don't know exactly why you still want your music in iTunes if you move away from him. Anyway, here's how to add several files at the same time to iTunes:
