We now use the new son a few months without any problems. The other day I updated my iOS 9.3.3 phone and I started getting an error that the Apple's USB cable is not an authorized wire and does not charge my phone or it will even connect my phone to my computer... the funniest, it is... I have also not expensive brand USB and cables the phone it is without problem. I used to have problems with an old thread to apple who is now all tied up, whenever I have would be to plug my phone by using the Ribbon adhesive wire he'd go crazy connection and disconnection of the repeatedly... but now, there is no that... the wire to tape up is the only one that I can use to connect my phone to my computer. I have since then returned to 9.3.2 iOS to see if the issue is resolved, but he didn't. I've erased all settings several times and have not been restored to the back upward... I restored to factory settings and configure my phone as a new iPhone several times my computer using iTunes and the phone its self via general > reset > erase content and settings... Still no luck. I don't have this problem with my 6s... wife's iPhone, it can use the new son of apple with no problems... even my 5s (old iPhone) iPhone allows also the son of apple without problem.

  I should add that when I press my iCloud ID, the next screen has the right pair. Weird

Probably, it will freeze as I write this, and I'm very frustrated because my fairly new phone becomes useless when it freezes.  I use the latest versions of iOS and ITunes and I have backed up my IPhone to iTunes and ICloud. If the iOS software is the problem I can't really trust your other software that works well to keep all my important data. I realize there is no way to back up apps on iTunes more because you're trying to get people to use iclould. How about I pay you guys $0.99 per month and I would like to back up my data on my computer and purchases in less time. I am a legitimate customer and I do not need to be treated like a criminal. What is the point of upgrading hardware and software of the iPhone when your software has created a problem and it won't solve the problem without erasing all the data on my iphone. It's not really give me confidence that the things I bought are things that I have in fact or the software release you works really well. If you want people to upgrade their iPhones every year why you put through all these hassles? Can you guys just fix your software please?
