  I just bought a new computer (June 2014), it looks really nice in a first time until I found out, I couldn't use my dreamweaver or my programs with Fireworks, and now I'm hunting for something to replace those. Then when my husband set up the e-mail account, I thought it was really cool that I could have my email accounts 3 cox, my yahoo and gmail all in one place, well that is until I try to send something. I don't have any contacts folder, I can not add attachments. So more I looked I find I now don't have the cool as font settings I use to have, I can't make the message rules for the emails to go on some issues and I can see my spam folder.

  I thought as technology had done better programs, I think that this new perspective is it a step backward that my outlook express 2003 was better than this program.

  Now, I try to talk my husband find other anything else for me to use for e-mail.

  Renamed Microsoft Outlook Express about 12 years ago (right after Windows XP is released) and then renamed several times.  Now, she is called Windows Live Mail (terrible name, it has nothing to do with the Windows Live email service - you can use it with Cox/Yahoo/Gmail as always).

  Responsive web design tutorial is awesome.  I see that the web designer was Serge Vasil.  I see the reference at the bottom of the home page of the Adobe web site.  The use of bootstrap.css seems to be licensed MIT.  The use of vermilion - these.css is not clear for me.

  My question is - how can we legally use this tutorial?  Could a copy and put it in the photos and the text that they own, or Adobe does it?  What is kosher here?

  If its for your own use then simply copy - that is what the tutorial is made available for. You are bound to want to change something such as colors, images etc. which makes it quite different from coding.

  If however you'll drag the code and images that they stand and claim it as your own tutorial and make money out of selling it to others, it's immoral.

  You can create a separate mask for this specific page with modal to the top layer and then apply that master page.

  CC of Dreamweaver is capable of handling any HTML page, regardless of where it was created. However, you might find that your existing code is not valid (it depends on how good your understanding of HTML is).

  Download the demo version and see how you rate. However, you should be warned that Dreamweaver CC is very different from DW 4.

  You don't need the # in front of the css 'body '. Also-background color; Black; should be background-color: black; (a colon after 'color') not a semicolon.

  Chances are that you try to process an html email as if it were a normal html page and left some of your css in thesection is stripped out of your e-mail client.

  It is difficult to say without seeing the code that you are handling well.

  He's not beside that you currently have on your page until you style the two with css which should arrive later in the tutorial.

  You place the elements juxtaposed by "floating" with css.

  I am new to CSS and coding by hand am and my hand coded CSS works but I got it from a book and it was coded in hand short syntx.

  I think the DW dose does not have the background color and background image at the same time but hand coded thi is also not allowed why?

• Basic Dreamweaver, CSS. Need help to start, where to start?

  I'm relatively new to web design and dreamweaver - I took a class for more than a year and remember some of the basics, but it must be put to the test now. My boss asked to update the company's Web site, and I need to know the best way to go about it.

  I know that the original site was created with dreamweaver - I have a .css file (which, if I remember corectly, is the file I open really with dreamweaver, right?), as well as the additional files/folders. The problem, however, is that the company's computers is not dreamweaver on it, and my laptop - which does not have the program - has no access to network drives, where the files are located.

  Can I just transfer the files from the network drive > zip drive > my laptop and then work on the site from here? If so, what file I actually would open in dreamweaver - the .css?

  If it is against the use of my own laptop good and that they are, can I update the site using an open-source program? If so, any recommendations?

  I know that these are fundamental issues, but once I started I know I'll be good to go. Thanks for any help, we appreciate it!

  As I said before, Dreamweaver is a program based on the site. The basic idea is that you create an exact copy of the live site on your local hard drive. Make the changes or to create new pages in your Dreamweaver site. When you are satisfied with the way in which the pages locally, you connect to the live server and download new or updated files up-to-date. That's all.

  If you create a new file or new file, Dreamweaver creates copies of these files and folders on the server if you select in the files Panel, and then click Put icon (which looks like an arrow pointing upwards). As long as the root of the site in your Dreamweaver site definition contains the files and folders in the same hierarchy on the online site, everything will be transferred to the right place. The root of the site is the top level of the site. Let's say that the home page of your site is http://www.example.com/index.html, index.html must be in the root of your Dreamweaver site. If you have a page at http://www.example.com/products/widgets.html, widgets.html must be in a folder called products inside your Dreamweaver site root.

  The principle works with Dreamweaver is very simple. Simply, it stores a local copy of the site. The difficult part is the design of the site and style it with CSS.

  I just finished the tutorial of DW part 6 build your first website in Dreamweaver CS4, which were great!

  Do I have a recurring problem with the 'margin' in CSS Tho files '.

  When I view my page in my browser, it is not centered (despite stating the margin: 0 auto; in the CSS page). Furthermore, when I am formatting the text in the main_image div spacing between my heading 3, heading 4 and paragraph do not respond to the commands of the margin for the corresponding CSS. Regardless of the height of setting, or margins used the text won't format because he should offered in the tutorial. The same is true even if I use margin_top:, margin-bottom: etc.

  In view of these two problem together am I missed something concerning the order of the margins. I posted all the files generated by the tutorial to the folder:

  You are having problems it is because the margin: 0 auto can be used to Center elements only if the item has a declared width. Although your container

  width, is the reason why the page isn't centering is due to a mistake in your CSS:

  The colon is missing after width. It should be this:

  width: 968px;
  

  Without the colon, the rule is not valid and ignored.

  The simple answer is no.

  The portfolio and Dw are intended for different types of users. We had questions about the portfolio website in this forum, but unless you have a very good knowledge of html, css, and javascript, changing a created portfolio of code sites is not something that should be attempted.

  If you are looking for an easy Web site creation tool, which does not include dynamic content, then I recommend that you look at Muse-

• Can I use Muse/Dreamweaver to build an album pop up for my Wordpress site?

  I use Wordpress, but could not find a plugin pop-up ads to pay for. They all look basically the same, very little the customization and BLAH overall. I saw once a superb pop - up on an Adobe site that stopped me in my tracks. This is what I want.

  I can design a pop-up in the Muse or Dreamweaver that will focus on my Wordpress site? I have need analytical or customization. Just, I refuse to pay 10 $par month, or some crazy annual fee for which is boring and every other Wordpress site.

  Here's my vision...

If I can't understand it (50-50 chance), I'll just hire someone to do it. But first of all my question, is it possible? If I have the code, can I add html or something file via file manager my hosting?

  You can of course build things in MU / DW, but the better question is, how do you really want to implement it in your WP site? WP cares not for what outside his themes and plug-ins and without the proper files code API in the files that your fancy Gallery will not be displayed with the exception of manually link to it, which, according to your description, is not what you want. so unless you plan to learn the WP API and by creating your own code, may settle for something more accessible and get one of these 'boring' galleries? Ultimately there are reasons why things are this way, although probably most of the galleries can be customized, but you still need to enter WP Themes and their variables and default definitions.
