  Did you pay for Office (including Excel) in a packaging separated when you bought your computer?

  Office is not included with your purchase of computer for free.

  Most new computers come with a trial version of Office that lets 'x' number of days usuage.

  After this test times out, you will have to buy Office.

  And the product key on the computer case or laptop for the operating system, not for the desktop Suite.

  Lower left corner of the screen.  Right-click and select System.  It will tell you the type of system, that will tell if it is 32-bit or 64-bit.

  You can install cc on an unlimited number of computers, but you are limited to two connections at the same time.  and you must be connected to use your programs of cc.

  When signing a 3d device, will give you the option of signature on the other two.  you will then know the only device to which you are connected.

  Open another application of office cc on another device and identify yourself and you will know 2 devices to which you are connected.

  If someone else uses your adobe id and password, you can see what appear to be anomalies.

  I spent almost the last hour looking for this info and online on any computer I can still access the original. This info was not listed in the BIOS or when I hit f2. I knew that the memory is 4096 MB of ram, if it's relevant somehow.

  If you go to the section of the user's Guides of the Technical Support for your system page, then click on the HP Pavilion dv6 Entertainment PC - Maintenance and Service of Guide , you will see on the page on page 1-2 that your system supports up to 8 G memory RAM. 32-bit systems are supported up to 4 GB of RAM, so I think it's safe to say that you have a 64 bit system.

  Before you remove the services I would remove all but the most recent backup and restore point.  Then make a disk for temporary files Cleanup Wizard.  You can make you smaller file page, if you do not use put into hibernation, you can save 4-8 space gigis.
