Used to install DirectX
I recently saw my direct3d acceleration did not beside him, prevents me from playing games like the sims2 and so on. I have played a couple of months, I went to properties and says windows could not change anything for the graphics are controlled by my integrated graphics card. Thought directx might be at fault, I decided to reinstall but received a message that calls me back to directx.log. Inside, I found this:

I wonder if someone could help, I need a new graphics card?
It is old DirectX which has no version value in the registry.
This is why the installation fails, it's in your paper.
DirectX is in SP2, if you uninstall SP2 and reinstall SP2 this should work. The thing is that you need to uninstall SP3 first.
Should uninstall all updates installed after SP3 first and all the updates between SP2 and SP3 (if they have not already deleted when installing SP3) as indicated in Microsoft updates are uninstalled in the reverse order in which they were installed.
This info is for XP, Vista is the same process.
You can change the registry:
http://www.prasannatech.NET/2009/01/DirectX-installation-problem-soultion.html
You can download from Microsoft:
http://www.Microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyId=2da43d38-DB71-4C1B-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3
If you save the file first on your computer then run it should work, however if it installs it will not display the version since this info was missing in your old version.
Or you can try the DirectX 10 here: http://directx10.net/

"An internal system error has occurred" when you try to install DirectX.
A week or so, I tried to install a game requiring the use of DirectX. Well when I go to install DirectX, it gives me an error that reads, 'an internal system error has occurred. " "Please refer to DXError.log andDirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine the problem."
I can't find the files mentioned above on my computer, so therefore, I can't see them.
Here's my DXDIAG:

I use windows 7 x 64 and graphic ATI 5870 card that support DirectX 11. should I install DirectX ver11 or earlier versions?
Hello!
There is no need for you to install direct X, if the game or program that you are running does not update. usually if a game most recent or oldest requires its own directX particulat files, it says to update or installs the required directx update. Windows 7 integrates the latest DX version and if you want, you can always check for packages available onhttp://microsoft.com/downloads update and search for DirectX, it.

Installing DirectX, that an internal error has occurred...
PROBLEM:
I get the following error message "DirectX Setup: an internal error has occurred." Please refer to the DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine the problem. "When you try to install ANY version (version 9 or later) of DirectX using the directx web installer or the full installer. Please click to see these two newspapers DXError.log and DirectX.log.
REASON:
Why I'm trying to install directX this is because I am playing a game, "Dead Island", which apparently requires DirectX 9 .0c for the sound working properly and is my DirectX 9 .0c is missing files or is damaged and must be repaired/reinstalled. Irrespective of Dead Island requires DirectX 9 .0c or not, but it's the fact that I can't get directx even install or repair itself without the above error.
SUMMARY:
It seems that it does not matter which version of DirectX, I try to install the result of late is the above error message. This means DirectX 11, 10 and 9 and tried the directx web installer, but also complete installers with the same result. I searched and searched this forum and google searched and found different jobs with the same problem with different fixes the majority, arguing that their antivirus was the cause. Current indicated by DXDIAG DirectX version is version 11.
I apologize if there are several posts like this, but I guess that these errors of DirectX are unique to each problem, so a new position must be made for each error even if the error message is obviously identical the DirectX error logs cannot be.
MEASURES HAVE BEEN TAKEN:
1. I've gone the route of software protection and uninstalled all traces of firewall antivirus/spyware and part 3 (which consisted of Avast and Threatfire) and the problem persists. Reinstalling the operating system is never my thing that I would like to know how to solve the problem now, in case this problem from happening again.
2. I tried restores system as soon as a few months and the problem persists.
3. I tried (SFC/scannow) System File Checker and found where it is said some of the problems have been resolved, and some could not be corrected. See log. (50 MB)
4 Ran scans using several antivirus software different such as Spybot, Malwarebyte s, Avast, Threatfire and the list goes... and no infections not found and to my knowledge I have never been infected.
5. tried "Microsoft difficulty it Center Beta" and there investigate and fix everything he could find, which wasn't much, and the problem persists.
6 SP1 is installed and all updates are currently being updated.
TECHNICAL DATA:
I'm on Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate edition.
CONCLUSION:
I would like to see this problem get fixed and am willing to try almost anything except the easy way and reinstall the OS so please don't not to do this. Currently, it is a minor problem but could be a major problem if a new version of DirectX is eventually released and would be unable to install it because of the problem obvious. I am looking for any advice, known solutions or useful facts regarding my problem.
I look forward to the answers. =)

How can I make it work? I need to install these. DLL files? Please tell me how to fix them! D:
I even did a SFC scan, but it says:
"Windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to solve some of them."
Hello
Thank you for the update on the issue.
Yes, you are right that if SFC scan find damaged files but could not repair so that there could be a chance that some system files are corrupt. So, I suggest you run the DISM commands and then see if it helps you to fix the corruption.
Maintenance of the images of deployment and management (DISM) installs, uninstalls, configures, and updates features and CBS packages in Standard Windows 8 Embedded images (standard 8) offline and offline Windows Preinstallation Environment (Windows PE) 4.0 images. The commands and options that are available for servicing an image depending on whether the image is offline or online. All controls operate on a standard 8 offline image. Subsets of commands are available for the maintenance of an operating system.
I suggest you run the commands in elevated command prompt and control below if this can help.
- Press Windows key and X at the same time.
- Choose line (Admin) command on the shortcut menu.
- In the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER:
DISM / Online/Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth.
This command is used to check if an image is repairable. Scan the image to check corruption. This operation may take several minutes.
DISM / Online/Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
This command is used to repair an image.
Keep us updated on the issue after running DISM commands.

used to install iTunes for windows
Last update of itunes did not or does not install. Download installation errors. TBH, I tried so many solutions I forgot if the following was the original errors. But is not serious... This is what is happening.
Windows 10 PC. I tried most of the solutions I found. Through solutions offerred in HT204275. Then I uninstalled itunes and its related components and services (software update support for mobile devices, Hello, and 32 and 64 application support). And folders deleted, etc. Rebooted, restarted in SafeMode etc etc. Same mistakes.
1 error security file C:\... \kdrl\GetLastError:5
2. failed to start services.
3. Repeat steps 1.
I also tried to install the component by component after the opening of itunes6464setup.exe to winrar.
Basically, it gives me the - error getting file security. After trying to install apple application support. 32 and 64.
Go to Mobile Device Support I selected and tried both repair and installation. Nevertheless he gves me a cannot start service error. I tried to start it manually, it does not start. But it says the software good lol (mobiledevicesupport) installed. Oh is morning then it installs OK, whoopee. I go to itunes itself 6464.exe. Will loop to the application supports the error.
I also tried the solution of adding permissions to a file that I don't remember now. Also used windows install cleanup utility.
I am at a loss. What bothers me, it's too much I'm subscribed to itunes in icloud and itunes game. good luck getting a refund lol
I suspect that you should remove the file mentioned in the 1. above.
See troubleshoot problems with iTunes for Windows updates for general advice.

How to: Use Smart install wireless install your Laserjet on Windows 7
Some HP Laserjet printers have Smart Install. This allows you quickly connect the printer USB cable and start the installation. In this way a CD or a CD player is not necessary to install your device. Once the installation program appears you can proceed through the installation. The sale of Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft. You will need to buy from a reliable vendor (beware of sellers on Ebay), if you need to install Windows XP.

If I had to format a hard drive, it will delete everythink including windows xp disk if yes I would be able to see all thinking when I turn on my computer, as if that were to happen I could use windows install for install windows xp
Gaara_2k6,
Welcome to the responses of the Forums. The short answer to your questions are Yes and no and no.Depends on how you format the drive, it will delete everything on the drive. Now, it may still be recoverable with a software specialist or moving to a data recovery company.
If you formatted your hard drive you would not be able to start to do anything, because there would be nothing on the startup disk. With the Windows XP CD or with the recovery media provided by the manufacturer of the PC is the only way to reinstall Windows. Mike - Engineer Support Microsoft Answers
