Hi I used to install xp in my pc.can give me one.thanks

The sale of Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft. You will need to buy from a reliable vendor (beware of sellers on Ebay), if you need to install Windows XP.

  • I'm about to buy a new laptop. I have installed the upgrade to Office 2007 some time ago and have the CD, but I don't have the original CD that I used to install Office 2003. How can I install Office 2007 on my new computer with only the upgrade CD?

I am currently running XP.  I expect that the new laptop has Windows 7.

Without the original installation media, Microsoft Office 2003, you cannot install a version upgrade of Microsoft Office 2007.  You would need to purchase a version of "Full license" of Office 2007. Carey Frisch

  • I can disconnect from one of my two computers, for an hour or a day and log on to a computer "third party" to use photoshop and then log in to the original computer when I'm done?

Given that I cannot use the product on two computers, I can disconnect from one of these two computers, for an hour or a day and log on to a computer, "third party" to use photoshop and then log in to the original computer when I'm done? I do a work one or two times a week to another place and I use the computer which is there. I already have Photoshop on my home and work computers, but I would like to sign out of one of these just for the day I'm away from my office and home and then sign in again when I'm done. I do that often.

    Hi Ryan,

    Yes, you can do it.

As long as creative cloud is active only two computers, it will work.

Once you have finished your work, you can disable the current computer and reconnect to the previous.

  • used to install iTunes for windows

Last update of itunes did not or does not install.  Download installation errors.  TBH, I tried so many solutions I forgot if the following was the original errors.  But is not serious... This is what is happening.

Windows 10 PC.  I tried most of the solutions I found.  Through solutions offerred in HT204275.  Then I uninstalled itunes and its related components and services (software update support for mobile devices, Hello, and 32 and 64 application support).  And folders deleted, etc.  Rebooted, restarted in SafeMode etc etc.  Same mistakes.

    1 error security file C:\... \kdrl\GetLastError:5

    2. failed to start services.

    3. Repeat steps 1.

I also tried to install the component by component after the opening of itunes6464setup.exe to winrar.

Basically, it gives me the - error getting file security.  After trying to install apple application support. 32 and 64.

Go to Mobile Device Support I selected and tried both repair and installation.  Nevertheless he gves me a cannot start service error.  I tried to start it manually, it does not start.  But it says the software good lol (mobiledevicesupport) installed.  Oh is morning then it installs OK, whoopee.  I go to itunes itself 6464.exe.  Will loop to the application supports the error.

I also tried the solution of adding permissions to a file that I don't remember now.  Also used windows install cleanup utility.

I am at a loss.  What bothers me, it's too much I'm subscribed to itunes in icloud and itunes game.  good luck getting a refund lol

I suspect that you should remove the file mentioned in the 1. above.

  • Used to install Boot Camp 6

Hello! Because Setup installation of Boot Camp 6 would hang on to Realtek Audio, I thought that my problem could be solved by this: Re: boot camp installation hangs at realtek audio stepSearch or ask a question. I followed the answer to Apple-recommended, but then the configuration would result in this:

Note that notification of weird error with no words. After I pressed the OK button, this will be shown:

It is said that Boot Camp has been installed successfully. But even after reboot, it seems that I have no Boot Camp in my Program Files folder. I tried to redo the installation process, and I continue to meet on this issue.

For this reason, I begin to doubt my understanding of the answer to Apple-recommended. Please check these specific steps that I do to fix the Realtek Audio:

    1. start the installation of Boot Camp - everything seems normal until he begins installation of Realtek Audio and crashes it.

    2. run installation of Realtek Audio (file called RealtekSetup) - when he asks if I want to restart my computer now, no, I chose "restart my PC later" then I press 'Finish' to close RealtekSetup.

3 open the Task Manager to close the Boot Camp installer - after manual installation of Realtek Audio, installation of Boot Camp is still stuck so I close with the Manager tasks.

4 restart the Boot Camp Installer.

Later, I meet the weird error shown in the photos above. I did steps 1 and 2 except that I closed RealtekSetup by using the Task Manager (where RealtekSetup was called Setup.exe (32 bit)) but Boot Camp, the installer is still blocked eventually. Right now, I don't know what to do so I need to post my situation here. I hope you guys can help me. Thank you!

Hello Hello I actually fixed me already haha. I just removed my drivers RealTek, and then everything went well. I now control panel of Boot Camp lol

  • Used to install Vista SP 2

I keep getting the Error 80070020 when trying to install SP2. I've tried safe mode, turn off my anti-virus and uninstall, turning my wall of dead fire and DL all the SP and manually trying to install it. None of this has worked. Any ideas? Should I reinstall windows? All other updates were working. I do all this on a new install of Vista. SP 1 installed without any problems, just like all the other updates.

    Hello mstersmith,

Thank you for visiting the website of Microsoft Windows Vista Community.

Sorry to hear you are having a problem with this and I understand your frustration.

    Try the following steps:

    Windows Update - error 0 x 80070020

Problems with the installation of the updates Windows can occur when Windows Update and another program both try to access the same file. Although many programs may cause this problem to occur, the most common are antivirus programs and perform backups in real time of the file system.

This section contains several methods that can help you solve the problem. Follow the steps in each method and then try again to install updates. If the problem is not resolved, proceed to the next method, and follow these steps before you try again to install updates.

Method 1: Restart your computer and install updates

Close all programs that are running, and then restart your computer. Once the computer has booted successfully, look in the notification area in the bottom right of the screen for the Windows Update icon. If the icon is available, double-click it, and then install the updates available. If the icon is not available, click Start, click programs principally made and then select Windows Update from the list of applications.

Method 2: Start the computer in safe mode with networking support and install updates

Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008

To start your computer in safe mode in Windows Vista or in Windows Server 2008, follow these steps:

    1. Click Start
, and then type msconfig in the box start the search.
    2. In the section programs, click Msconfig.exe.
    3. In the System Configuration dialog box, click the Startup tab.
    4. Click to select the safe boot check box, click Network, and then click OK.

Note the mode safe mode with networking option does not work for computers that have connections to the Internet. You cannot use the safe mode with network support, because modem drivers and PC Card do not load in safe mode with networking support.

    5. In the System Configuration dialog box, click on restart. The computer will restart in "safe mode with networking mode.
    6. Install the updates.
    7. After you install the update, restart your computer in safe mode, and then click to clear the safe boot check box.
    8. In the System Configuration dialog box, click on restart. This option starts Windows in its normal mode.

If these steps do not resolve the problem go to method 3.

Method 3: Perform a clean boot of the computer and then install the update

Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008

To perform a clean boot of the computer manually in Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008, follow these steps:

    1. Click Start
type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or click on continue.
  • On the general tab, click Selective startup.
  • Under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.
  • Click the Services tab, click to select the hide all Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable all.
  • Click OK and then click on restart.
  • Run Microsoft Update or Windows Update. If the update does not correctly, go to method 4.
  • Method 4: Temporarily disable spyware and antivirus software

WARNING This workaround may make a computer or a network more vulnerable to attack by malicious users or by malicious software such as viruses. We do not recommend this solution to workaround but are providing this information so that you can implement this workaround at your own discretion solution. Use this workaround at your own risk.

To deactivate your software antivirus or antispyware, follow these steps:

    1. Locate your antivirus or antispyware icon in the notification area. You can find the notification area at the bottom right of your screen in the area of the task bar near the clock. The notification area displays the icons of the programs that you are currently running. When you move your pointer over the icons, Windows displays the name of the program.
    2. Right-click on the icon for your antivirus or antispyware, and select Disable Auto-Protect. A red "X" appear on the icon in the notification area to show that the application is now disabled.

Note the programs Antivirus and anti-spy differ in their operation. If these steps did not help disable you your program, you may contact the help system of your antivirus program for steps that you can use to perform this task. You can usually find the steps of your antivirus program on Internet. To find them, type "disable virus scan", as well as the name of your program antivirus in your favorite search engine and then click search.

    3. Run Microsoft Update or Windows Update.
    4. Turn on (re-enable) your antivirus or antispyware program. To do this, right-click your antivirus or antispyware icon in the notification area, and then click Activate. Antivirus and antispyware products protect your systems from viruses and malicious attacks. Because new viruses are created every day, and your system is vulnerable at any time, it is important to keep your anti-virus and anti-spyware turned on or enabled.

    Method 5: Temporarily disable firewalls

WARNING This workaround may make a computer or a network more vulnerable to attack by malicious users or by malicious software such as viruses. We do not recommend this solution to workaround but are providing this information so that you can implement this workaround at your own discretion solution. Use this workaround at your own risk.

Disable Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 Firewall

To temporarily turn off the firewall in Windows Vista, follow these steps:

    1. Click Start
      and then click Control Panel.
    2. Click Security, click Windows Firewall.
    3. Click turn on or off Windows Firewall.
    4. In the Windows Firewall settings window, click on (not recommended), and then click OK.
    5. Run Microsoft Update or Windows Update.

Note If you run a third-party firewall program, see the documentation for your program for more information on disabling your firewall program.

Don't forget to turn on your firewall. A firewall protects your computer from malicious users or malicious software attacks. Malicious software includes viruses that use unsolicited incoming network traffic to attack your computer.

Since you posted your product key on a public web site, it has now
almost certainly already been copied and used by hackers all over the
world. This means that Microsoft disables this button so it can't be
    more used.

Please, in the future, never publish your key like this.

But leaving that aside for the moment, to answer your question, if
It is a key to the retail sale, Yes, you can use it on another computer. If it's a
    OEM key, no you can't.

    Gaara_2k6,
Welcome to the responses of the Forums.  The short answer to your questions are Yes and no and no.

Depends on how you format the drive, it will delete everything on the drive.  Now, it may still be recoverable with a software specialist or moving to a data recovery company.

If you formatted your hard drive you would not be able to start to do anything, because there would be nothing on the startup disk.  With the Windows XP CD or with the recovery media provided by the manufacturer of the PC is the only way to reinstall Windows.
