• Impossible to logon to share the folder with "User must change password at the next logon" in Windows Server 2003

  I use Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 as a file server.  I create new user 'A' in Windows Server 2003 as well with the option "user must change password at the next logon" selected and give way under the group users and users in the domain for this user.  I then share an output folder.  User 'A' is using Windows XP SP3 to connect to this shared folder.  However, when I try to connect, Windows reappear to enter user name and password.  I think it is the limitation in Windows that the user 'A' will be unable to change the password at the next logon or change password at any point in time at all.  Correct me if I heard wrong.

  If possible, can someone enlighten me what is wrong or what I need to do for user to access folder and change the password on the first logon.

  If what I described is not possible, is there another way for me to configure for the user to access share folder so that the user doesn't have to join domain or user of the AD?

• My Windows Server 2003 Administrator password back to the old after reboot

  Well, it's quite strange and I think it affects my antivirus management. I can change the password using ctrl alt delete and it remains until I restart. When I reboot, it starts to complain that the new password I just. I can connect on the client with the new password I want to be, but he complains that the account must authenticate properly.   It is the only domain controller in the domain?  Have you gone through the troubleshooting steps basis for DCs (DCs)?  If the machine you are trying to connect using the credentials of domain see the domain listed in ADU & C, etc.?

The server starts fine with 8 GB memory [in any config] but runs super SLOW [like 10 minutes to load slow Windows] with 10 GB of memory. The operating system supports 64 GB of memory and material support it 16 GB of memory, so everything is compatible. Is there something that should be set to 8 GB term well?

  I don't want the drivers.  I mean the software.  The drivers you get from the page server 2003 and the software from the page I referenced.   Otherwise, you need to contact HP, as they provide that software, not Microsoft.
