  Bryllars, I had been wondering the same thing, then discovered that it is not possible to export/import the Bookmarks Toolbar - what is disappointing and a little counterintuitive - as my most used Favorites be saved to my toolbar!

  So what I did was to create a "Copy from Bookmarks Toolbar" subfolder in my bookmarks folder, then copied my favourites from the toolbar in this subfolder. In this way, if I ever need to export/import my favorites I have saved toolbar bookmarks. I did have to do it again, but when / if it never happens, I just save them back to the toolbar again.

• Organize the Favorites of EXPLORER WINDOWS XP gives a blank window / vacuum. Question of IE8?

  I work at a new installation of xp sp3 - fully up-to-date as at January 19, 2010.  With the latest fixes for IE8.

  Normally, I do an extensive use of the favorite to speed up browsing on the wide and deep directory on my local machine and network structures.

  But now, the link to organize Favorites for windows Explorer gives a completely empty window / vacuum. The only action is to close.

  Anyone got any ideas for a fix?

  Or - a better alternative to the use of the Favorites for quick navigation?

  BTW - I have to say that I can get to Organize Favorites in IE8. But as I only really use Favorites within windows Explorer and rarely use IE for anything, whether is not very useful to me.

  Install the hotfix that is described by http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972582 worked for me!

  I have files in folders in the Favorites and when I leave the files, the list of the default folders to the top of the list rather than remaining in the name of the file.  This has just begun.  Is there something I can do that when I get out of a file, the folder list is the file name?

  What version of Premiere Elements, what operating system?

  With regard to your use Favorite Moments stripes from one project... in other words, in different project files.

  If you set the workspace of favorite Moments pads to go to the timeline as separate pads, you can selectively export each plate to a file saved on the hard drive of the computer. To do this selective export there are two conditions

  a. place the grey tabs of the work area bar to span just trim to export

  and

  b. in the field of export, have a check mark next to the share of work area Bar only.

  If you set to combine more than one compensator in the workspace of favorite Moments, you pass the composite in the timeline and export in the same way with the technique of selective export. Alternatively, if there is nothing else on the Timeline, simply export it to file.

• Need for the records at the beginning of bookmarks

  In Internet Explorer My Favorites (favorite) were all records at the beginning of the list. When I moved them to Foxfire, records are mixed in alphabetical order with the rest of the list. Who defeated the purpose folders! (I had folders for easy access to my most used Favorites!) How can I update the files at the beginning of the list. I can't drag, there are too many!

  Hi Jay - Tee to open the library section bookmarks dialog box, you can either:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + b
  • Use the menu: bookmarks > show all bookmarks

  However, there is a shortcut: could you try the following:

  Open the side panel of bookmarks using Ctrl + b

  Right click "Bookmarks Menu"

  Choose sort by name

  For me, this brings all records upwards, in alpha order, then the bookmark on this main level, in alpha order.

  Hello, I realize people have asked questions similar to this, so apologies, but after reading the responses, I'm still having a problem. I have the little Menu installed to create more space on my screen, and so I adapted my toolbars to fit everything that I need in my bar Tools menu. (I did this by going to view, toolbars, customize and drag the icons, I tried the toolbar customization and the navigation toolbar on my toolbar on the Menu. Once completed, I could uncheck navigation and bookmarks toolbars to only show).

  One of the icons that I dragged out of the toolbar customization was the bookmarks icon (not one that clicking you get the sidebar; this one, that clicking you get your bookmarks is displayed as a drop-down list). This icon has now disappeared, or rather, he disappeared from sight, because when I click on view, toolbars, customize, it is visible again, next to all my other icons. It's only when I close the toolbar to customize the icon disappears. It is not true that I can't move it to the Menu bar by going into customize; Is that, once I'm out of customization, the icon is no longer visible. It is the icon that I usually click on most, and it is very frustrating having now either click Menu, click Favorites to see my favorites, or use Favorites Sidebar icon instead. Can anyone help? I tried to re - install, where there was a small problem.

  The Tiny Menu extension is no longer supported by the developer, so IMO, it would be preferable not to use this extension.
  Are you aware that the Menu bar can be temporarily revealed quite easily by pressing the Alt key? Hide the Menu bar, not the toolbar Navigation.

  And if you want to use the cropped Compact Menu 2 , the usual extension would be replaced by a vertical 'menu' when you press the ALT - see the screenshot - which has the same menu as the Menu bar, but vertical. All you need to do is to move the Compact Menu 2 "button" in the Palette to customize 'hide '.

  As far the bookmarks for bookmarks menu drop-down button, this button has "a mind of its own" "depending on where you place it. his ' normal location is located on the toolbar bookmarks, but if you do not display the bookmarks toolbar and try to move this button, it sometimes goes into hiding. I don't remember especially, but this changed in Firefox 19, 20 or 21 (IIRC)and will "hide" much easier than with previous versions. Part of 'concealment' has to do with not showing the Navigation and toolbars of bookmarks with the items on the bar of Navigation up to the Menu bar and not the mobile reverse.

• Satellite M70-173: spontaneous reboots

  I have a M70-173 that restarts spontaneously. It is under XP Home SP3 and has all updates applied.

  Reboots are more common at certain times than others, but the only clue that I have on the cause, it's that they seem to be more frequent when I have the wireless network card.

  I realize that it is much much to go, but everyone has ideas about what could happen?

  I have Satellite M70-159 almost two years now and it works like the first day. No reboot and some strange questions. I always use SP2 and do not want to install SP3. After reading some comments here, I don't want to have a few problems with OS well running.

  What exactly happens? Laptop switches OFF and you need to start it again or laptop restarts as after reboot of the choice of option?
  Is there any message or something? An application that runs in the background is possibly responsible for this.

  If possible, install your laptop with the recovery image and see if the problem recurs. Sorry, but it is not possible to say with certainty why this happen. We can only speculate, here. All we have own OS configuration and use favorite applications, freeware and shareware applications. Many of them are not so good and everything is possible.

  The bookmarks system is identical to that of Firefox 3.0 thru 3.6 versions, with a few minor changes. Save a new bookmark by dragging the image web site (favicon) of the address bar or a tab in Firefox 4.0 factory.

  I use Favorites. I especially like the feature "to bookmark all tabs. FF 4.0 is no longer allows me to do this. I use this function so I'd stop using FF 4.0, if I can't have it back.

  Article #9 lists the processors usually configured in this machine.

  On the GPU, while it is considered as discreet, it is soldered to the system board. Therefore, it is not extensible.

  In vista, I could go to the folder default Favorites (and links, downloads etc.) and under properties, change their location.  This meant that I was able to have all my favorites on my E: drive and not lost somewhere inside c: This makes backups easier etc.
