Using questionnaires and branching

I use 5.5. I often create projects that have several sections that can be taken in any order any. I usually create a slide menu and use either objects or click on the boxes for learners navigate the sections that they want to learn more. I would include a quiz at the end of each section. The problem I have is when you navigate to a quiz that occurs after a previous chronologically in the order of the slide, the first quiz says "You did not answer this question completely" when you get to it. So, for example, I have 4 sections. Section 1 starts on slide 4, section 2 of the slide 15 and so on. Article 2 1 is clicked, it ends and returns to the menu. The user then goes to Chapter 1, but when they get to the quiz, they receive the message "You did not answer this question completely" and are unable to complete the questionnaire.

How can I fix it? I tried allowing infinite attempts, failure levels 0, etc. and I can't seem to figure out something that works.

Thank you!

No, I don't think that will not solve the problem, although he will get rid of the message.

The issue is probably related to the scope of Quiz and since Captivate thinks he is then the user jumped outside the boundaries of the quiz is marking other quiz unanswered questions.

It must be remembered that even if you split your project into distinct sections, if all the slides are in a single project file, Captivate think quiz questions in this file belongs to only one questionnaire.  The scope of the Quiz begins with the first marked object and ends with the Quiz results slide.  Once your user name entered this scope of Quiz, if they leave again for some reason, Captivate 5.5 considers then the quiz attempt as terminated by the user.  (Captivate 6 x did things differently here, but you're on Cp 5.5 so that's how it works for you.)
