  Which is exactly the problem that you are facing with the image library?

  I suggest you to follow these steps and check if that helps:

  a. press the Windows key + E to open Windows Explorer.

  b. right click on libraries in the left pane.

  c. click restore default libraries.

  d. check if the problem persists.

  If the problem is not resolved, please provide more information to help you best.

  When I go to my photos, I get this error message saying that ms pictures.library cannot start. When I go to the Photos app on windows 8 start screen, it shows just the photos as "picture010.jpg". I looked at other issues and tried to use their responses, but they would not work.

  I have CS4 and I downloaded and uploaded plugins inherited for picture package in my automate folder (as indicated). After restarting Photoshop, I go to file > automate > picture package and I get the following error message: "Cannot find files from available Presets/Layouts" after I click 'ok' I get this message: "could not complete the Picture Package command because the file is not found.  Any thoughts on what I need to do to fix this?  I would like to use a photo package functionality in Adobe Bridge, but I can't locate in the output workspace.  For info, contact sheet work in Photoshop.  I appreciate any help you can offer.  Thank you!

  Could that be JPG files are not to be seen and or no distinct way to RAW image files. There is an option in LR preferences to treat JPGs as separate files. Check this option and see if you get now all images in the import dialog.

  You forgot to put the hatch in front of all the colors of your
  throughout the course of your code. So background-color: FFFFFF; should be
  background-color: #FFFFFF; and so on.

  I recently replaced my HP6100 with a HP8600.  A set of software picture Organizer does not recognize the scanner unit and so I can't scan photo to this software.  Printer features work very well, but I can't get the Device Manager to see the device as a device image.  I use Windows 8.1 on a laptop Lenovo Twist/tablet.  Please help me understand what I need to do to get Device Manager to recognize the scanner.
