  I was unable to open the Lightroom CC 2015 after I did the software update. I already tried to uninstall and install again the application several times, but I still get the same error message when I try to open it. Anyone got the same problem as me? Any assumption! ??

• Lightroom cc 2015 does not open after installation today, 24/04/15

  Today, 24/04/15, downloaded and installed Lightroom cc 2015 on my machine WIN 7 Dell 8300 Desktop.  The icon appears on the desktop, but it does not open.  I find the .exe file and double clicked on it and it opens either.  The list of installed programs shows that Lightroom was installed today, but it does not open.  I am currently in Lightroom 5.x, Photoshop cc 2015 and they always start ok; they have been also updated this afternoon.  Anyone have the same experience and determine what needs to be done to correct the installation?

  Photoshop cc 2015 will not open new files, but it will open files recently opened in the list of recent files.  Also, some plugins "Topaz" run while others will do.  Bizarre behavior started today.  How can I fix these problems?  REF earn 10 64-bit

  Hi sidjones,

  Press and hold the keys Alt + Ctrl + Shift (Windows) or Option + command + shift (Mac OS) you launch Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. New preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

  Note: Using the preference files for custom shortcuts, keyboard shortcut, workspaces, and color setings will also reset to zero by default.

  Ladies and gentlemen,

  I just purchased Lightroom CC 2015 and it shows me mode images develop.

  The only thing I see is large blue window with rows of white crosses.

  Unable to launch, on a MacBookPro running 10.10.3. (Works fine on my MacPro with 10.10.3, summer use it every afternoon.) MacBookPro has been restarted.

  I briefly the splash screen for LR CC, but it crashes immediately. Tried to restart repeatedly, but same problem.

  UPDATE: Got, it works by signing off CC app and connect again. LR then started working.

  To disconnect, go to the preferences of CC app to find the signout button.

• Premiere Pro 2015 won't open after the recent update

  I tried to reinstall the application, then by restarting my computer.  No luck.  I get the error message "the application could not start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application. "when I opened the program from the windows start bar.  When I try to launch the app for the creative cloud app (3.41.181), that nothing is happening.

  I'm on a desktop Windows OS 64-bit 10

  8 GB ram

  Graphics card ATI Radeon HD 5850 with lastest drivers (15.11.1) AMD

  AMD Phenom II x 4 955 Processor 3.20 GHz

  First Pro worked great yesterday, even though I was no longer able to select option GPU acceleration when I started a new project.

  Other applications like Lightroom Adobe and audition open very well.

  I recently got a new laptop (Asus Q551LN) from best buy and need photoshop to work. Lightroom and Premier Pro open without any problems. At first, I was getting the BSOD with DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (nvlddmkm.sys). I uninstalled My Nvidia driver (computer chip geforce 840M a) and reinstalled the latest driver and the BSOD don't you trying to open but now I get a windows error "Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 has stopped working"' a problem caused the program to stop working correctly." Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Then I click on "Close the program" and no notification to come.

  I tried to uninstall and reinstall photoshop but the same thing happens and it crashes as it tries to open.

  If anyone knows how to solve this problem, please help.

  I've recently updated to 2015 of CC of Photoshop on Windows 7. Whenever I try to open it, the process will begin in the Task Manager and then disappear soon after. I get no error message or anything. I tried as an administrator and reinstall Photoshop. I found nothing useful on the internet as well.

  There are many things that cause launching problems, including a bad preference file.  Bad fonts, a plugin problem.  This guide will walk you through them.

  As well as the Shift Alt Ctrl to reset preferences (btw, you have to press key _immediately_ after starting Photoshop.)  If you don't see a dialog box asking if you want to reset the preferences, you weren't fast enough) also try to open Photoshop while holding the SHIFT key, which prevents the loading of plugins.  This will help limit.

  Recently installed CC 2015... Unable to open files jpg... running OS X Yosemite 1010.3 on iMac 5 K... uninstalled and reinstalled... still a problem... can open TIFF, PSD.  Thanks in advance for the help.

  Thanks to all who responded.  The solution was to change the permissions in the libraries of Adobe, uninstall CC, run the cleaning of Adobe tool and then re-install cc.

• Why first 2015 won't open my files in project

  I'm on a PC, and my properties say that this is a "Adobe Premiere project. I can't right click 'Open As... "in 2015, if I double click, I have to go through the whole drill down to find the application in his file and even then it woun't opened first. As a matter of fact, after searching and clicking on the first is not even add to the list of possible choices of the program!
  
  I decided too first versions on my machine, so I uninstalled 2014. No love. So I decided to go bankrupt and use to get rid of CC and CS4. Now 2015 is the first DEAD version on my machine and I can't always point to the program icon. I can't double-click on ANY project file on my machine. The start menu appears not all recent projects; no drop-down arrow at all. I have to open the first of 2015 and use then open project or open recent to open ANY project. Then there is a lot of recent projects. What gives?

  Here is my current plan. I will:

  1. uninstall all Adobe.

  2. run the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool

  3. run the Auslogics Registry cleaning tool.

  4 reinstall Adobe first CC 2015 ONLY and see if she re - joined prproj files.

  5. If this is not the case, try and re - manually associate it.

  I will introduce later. Probably MUCH later...

  To restore preferences quickly by using a keyboard shortcut: press and hold Alt + Ctrl + Shift (Windows) or Option + command + shift (Mac OS) when you start Photoshop. You are prompted to remove the settings. New Preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

  What happens, when you try that? You get an error message? If so, what error?

  Opening 3.6 works well with Yosemite 10.10.5.
