  I bought a used Vaio SVE17127CXB, my first laptop from Sony, but see vesuserproxy.exe crashes every day.

  I tried to uninstall via Windows uninstaller - a partial mess VESU. Then, I followed a few VESU uninstall instructions on this forum to uninstall via VAIOCare, they didn't take me to a place to do. Self heal has been no help, VIAOUpdate said there is no new update.

  Machine has ALREADY 8.1, and I see that the upgrade should have been done before this upgrade.

  I have no way to roll back to 8.0 so how do in this situation of double jeapardy?

• Problem setting on the way to the top.

  My Sony Vaio has problems starting, everytime I try it is go to the windows boot screen and will remain on for about 20-30 minutes then the screen turns off and it reads "chkdsk checks the files" when it runs through this process, it then 'check' the usn journal full bed and will not seem to do anything else.   My Sony Vaio has problems with its function of mouse. It emphasises the need to synchronize an interactive whiteboard, when you change the pc input.   1. click on 'Start' > right click on 'My computer' > select 'manage '.
  "2 click on Device Manager.
  3. in the right pane, click the (+) sign next to "Sound, Video Game..."
  4. underneath, you will find the brand/model/name of your audio card/adapter?
  5. you will need to go to the site of the manufacturer and download/install the latest driver for your audio device.
