• 5.2 Server postfix logging is more to /var/log/mail.log

  I would like to know if anyone else has this problem?

  After update macOS Sierra and Server 5.2, I get no message Postfix in /var/log/mail.log (aka SMTP Log).  I've never had a problem to see messages from postfix here before.  I defining all postfix mail log "info".

  I do not process messages greylisting Policy logging /var/log/mail.log.  Thus, the file seems to work in general.  But, no tricks postfix.

  Does anyone else have this problem?

  Same here, tried changing in debugging without result. Tried to change with the Terminal using serveradmin settings messaging or (I know you shouldn't do) editing the main.cf, also changed the com.apple.mail in the directory/etc/asl of notices info or debug nada!

  so, if anyone finds the solution? Please share

  Given that I have updated to iOS 10, there is no indication on the icon of the application that I have unread email or iMessages.

  I checked all settings to edit for both applications, but not the solution. I also reset my phone.

  Sorry for the silly question. I found the solution, I did not notice that the name is "the badge icon.

  Does anyone know if there is a way to mark a single e-mail in view threaded as unread? Before iOS 10, I could see a complete electronic conversation in a single thread, but if I wanted to return to a specific e-mail later in the thread, I could score only that we as unread.  Now, I don't like to have the possibility to mark the entire conversation as unread.

  Literally the worst thing about the new update. It is of course outside the constant freezing and voicemail problems. Is there actually anyone doing QA before making these releases Apple?

  I had this problem for a while. Maybe for a couple of iPhones now.  I use more OS updates and using an iPhone 6s.

  Sometimes, I read an email but it will mark as unread so I watch it later. It will show as unread, with the blue dot for a few seconds and then the blue dot will disappear. Sometimes I have not hit 'read' 10 times until it remains unread. It happens with GMAIL and AOL.

  Any thoughts?

  Wait 30 seconds

  Settings > Mail, Contacts, calendar > activate / login

  Alternatively, it may be a network problem, in this case

  Settings > general > reset > reset network settings

  There are pages of the below. Some sites go up and try to open Notepad. I uninstalled firefox several times and reinstalled. Same results. I noticed that my bookmarks, etc. themselves so maybe uninstall/reinstall cleaning isn't the problem. Chrome, IE, Edge and all work very well on the sites in question.

  Maybe a content filtering went wrong. Could test you mode without failure of Firefox? It is a standard diagnostic tool to disable some advanced features of Firefox and extensions. More info: questions to troubleshoot Firefox in Safe Mode.

  • button "3-bar" menu > "?" button > restart with disabled modules
  • Help menu > restart with disabled modules

  and OK reboot.

  My daily use computer that has my archives Tbird POP3 has been in the shop of service for over a month due to a faulty adapter replacement problem. During this time, I used an old ThinkPad which has also a copy of Tbird top to my emailing. I have configured the ThinkPad Tbird to leave messages on the server. There are now hundreds of incoming Gmail e-mail mailbox that I downloaded into my computer daily use which is now back to the store so that I can keep all my mail (incoming and facts) in Tbird who keeps track of my correspondents by filtering their incoming mail.

  When using Tbird on my computer everyday for the first time since his return from the store, Tbird have NOT downloaded one of the old unread messages in your Gmail inbox; He's only got those yesterday! This is why I don't have running conversations to my correspondents. Maybe that's a problem of date?

  I hope that there are workaround for duty to pass on all that is still in the Gmail inbox; but this option would eliminate the address of the original sender. There are 251 emails dating from June 26 - Aug 20, 2015 I want Tbird download so that it can filter the correctly.

  I, to the earlier today, was able to collect Gmail messages and put them in the Tbird.
