  You have probably not need to manage it its on/off switch in the Pb is at all.

  If the site is a place where the user must open a session, use variables Session or a Client for them to log in and then have a Session/Client.soundOn variable that you set for power based on what the user selects in your form.

  If there is no connection for this site, you can use cfcookie to define a variable cookie.soundOn.

  Client session variables and cookies will give you the specific features to the user you are looking for dethrone it depends on the requirements and the nature of your particular application as to how you should handle the situation.

  I try to install peoplesoft Campus solution 9.2 on windows server 2012 VM. I installed

  MS SQL Server 2012 (64-bit),

  tuxedo12.1.1.0_VS2012 (64-bit)

  JDK 1.7.0.79 (Java Hotspot 64 bit)

  WebLogic 12.1.2 (64-bit)

  Installed PeopleTool 8.54, Solution Campus 9.2. Created in the demo database. Able to create the server application domain. However after trying several times I'm not able to install the PIA area either by running setup.bat of PsMpPIAInstall by running psadmin.

  I use administrator user id (which is the administrator of the local domain). For running setup.bat, I opened the administrator command prompt and issued this command: setup.bat javahome - e;\java\jdk1_7_0_79\bin\java.exe.

  Just before you run this command, I checked the java - version correctly pointing to 1.7.0.79.

  I've seen for previous versions Nicolas.Gasparotto advice was to install jrockit - however I could not find a jrockit supporting jdk 1.7 and the installation guide doesn't say not it is mandatory to install jrockit. so, I install java hotspot jdk.

  Where I'm going wrong? What should I do to get this corrected? Also how can I generate a detailed log file for more information on the causes of the failure?

• Installing FLEX and CF debugger - Please HELP

  I can't line for CF debugger in eclipse to work for the life of me. I tried this for more than 8 hours. I follow the directions on all the tutorials out there on the web and still no luck. All my CF admin settings are correct. I think it has to do with the mappings of debugging, but not sure. I have a remote server in CF and am under Flex Builder 3 out of my local mobile (so wouldn't that mean that the server and Eclipse are not on the same machine?) My web root is a drive mapped to the remote CF machine (z:\websites) network. I can connect to the CF RDS very well... I can use the assistants very well... I can set breakpoints on the CFC page fine... but the right debugger will not show me all variables. Please help me understand what I am doing wrong.

  For anyone having set up the debugger, please follow these steps (btw all the tutorials there are terrible and leave aside important steps so I thought I have documents to help others). Being a developer of software applications and not an admin network these remote paths may be difficult to understand.

  1. uninstall any Flash player or the plugins you have

  2. run and install the Flash player and a debugger that comes with Flex Builder (located in the folder of installation of Flex, mine was under C:\Program Files\Adobe\Flex Builder 3\Player\win). You will see 3 files, but only need to install Flash Player Active X and Plugin

  3. make sure You ' r debugger and tester work (CF line debugging is enabled). In Windows under Adobe--> RDS preferences click the buttons on 2 test.

  4. install CFEclipse (to be able to get the code hints Eclipse color code cfm and cfc like DreamWeaver only)

He always tells me a different code almost as something it must not 'dismantling' MSE. I am not certified has + by all means! But I'm at the point where I say "I wanted I had saved the old Version of the WLE who worked great." Just to give you a clue, which hopefully will help me can govern this list I've done on:
