  This problem has been successfully resolved by HP nearly 12 months ago.  There is nothing wrong with my monitor is.

  It's a graphics card from Nvidia to the wrong address.  I was satisfiled with my HP and support products.

  Q1. BasicEditField.NO_NEWLINE will stop people pressing enter and get a new line.

  Regarding your second question, I recommend that you check out the two videos on screens and area managers.

  As a general rule, a field is laid out (i.e. tells his manager what size he needs and then this rectangle is placed), then painted.  Exhibitor is managed by managers and put sublayout on the page for the fields.  The more important than sublayout and put thing in page do is specify the scope (width and height) they need, which fiddles and managers to make using the measure.

  Once all fields was laid out, then the visible parts of each field are painted using paint.  I've never used subpaint.

  It is unlikely that a) HP online diagnosis has caused the error. and (b) that it is a software problem. If this fixes things, very well. If this isn't the case, it is probably a hardware failure on your video screen of chip and/or laptop.   I'm new on this but really need your help. My laptop is around the age of 18 months and has always worked well. Last week, I plugged modem broadband via Ethernet cable and configure the broadband services. A few minutes after doing this, when I looked back to the screen, he went all white with vertical lines colored it. I rebooted the machine etc and that's all I ever get now.   Display features has nothing to do with the Ethernet cable. Test with external monitor is very good, and on this way, you can see if the graphics card is perhaps responsible for that.

  From your description, I think that the view is the problem. Of course, just intensive display test can give more answers.

  I agree with Sanwin2.  It is probably a hardware problem and I think that you need to repair or replace the laptop.

  My problem is with vertical lines. The first file that contained a small table is a downloaded pdf file. When I printed this some vertical lines shifted just a little bit - small but noticeable. In fact, I did not notice it until I returned to it after printing an Excel spreadsheet and the problem of the vertical line noticing.

  At this point, I opened HP printer Assistant, to maintain the printer and lined up the printing and print heads cleaning heads. Clean print heads print page showed several vertical line for verification and they were very good: no earthquake. I still once printed the pdf and again once there are sections that were slightly off. Then, I created a small table in Word and do print. Same result: small shift.

  I made another clean and align another and another test print. Vertical lines have always shifted.

  The spreadsheet has multiple lines. As I scan down the vertical border between adjacent cells, I see a slight shift to the left on the bottom of the third cell. Sweeping down more of three cells the border comes to new right there where it was originally. That displacement, then back left again to the right, seems to repeat on all three rows.

  That describes my problem.

  I must admit that I forgot to update my request.

  After a few days don't get any suggestion, I called the store where I bought the printer asking if I could come and exchange it for the same model. I was told that, because it was more than two weeks after the purchase, there will be an additional cost. Until I reluctantly paid the extra money, I called HP support.

  Basically, what the tech support person is to uninstall the printer driver and install the latest version. Which corrects the problem. The process took time, but the result is that the printer works fine now, including the vertical lines.

  Thank you for your interest. I have solved the problem. It turns out that the only time where I had vertical lines wes when I was printing color photo of my computer, program Picasa or Microsoft. The disapeard question when I chose the best print quality. It is much more slow but clean! the lines have been in my opinion line breaks in the quick printing mode.   Option 2:

  Select the line Segment tool (shortcut "------"). Click the origin. The dialog box should open. Specify the length. Apply a line with round cap. Adjust the width of the line and color to your liking.
