  Embedded videos float in front of all other objects. I had boarded a slide show widget, then I tried it outside of a widget, directly on the page... the same result! My lightbox menu items are obscured by the video at the opening. I tried to move the video backward and by moving the widget embed on the front, but not luck. I tried youtube (even the old code), and also a facebook embed. Only firefox, half of the lighbox objects are hidden, and some are visible, but why? What can I do? Here is the link:

  I am new to Adobe Premiere, and I hope, it's a simple question...

  Is there an easy way to fade video backwards between tracks?  I have a project with multiple camera angles, and I want to fade from one to the other on several occasions. In Vegas Movie Studio, this can be easily done by inserting a composite level for each video track envelope, and then right-click where a fade is desired and inserting a control point which can be moved. Gives full control over the level of opacity for this track at this moment in time.  The closest I found in first Elements is right click on the video track and selecting bland-> Fade in video (or Fade Out).  This sometimes gives me a point of control that can be moved, but not always.  It worked for fade the first two points, but I'm no longer control points with this method.

  Ah!  That's what I needed.  For anyone else trying to understand this point, to manually keyframe, all you have to do is go to the left side of your track, then click the diamond which sits between the two arrows.  This will add a keyframe at the point selected on your timeline.  Opacity can be adjusted by moving the point of the keyframe up and down (or move the keyframe itself forward or backward in the timeline).  It is even simpler in other software, but this method is much simpler to use the right click menu to add Fade Ins and Fade Out (especially when they do not work).

• After 9.2 update I can no longer drag to make fast-forward or rewind during playback of the video. I can now only click to jump forwards or backwards in 10 second increments. However, if I stop the video I can then drag to move forward or backward.

  Many people complain when they reach around in the dark watching a movie they press and cause the movie ff or rwd.

  I think that this version tried to improve the situation by requiring the user to press and release the button then slide as formerly.

At first, I assumed that I had on the phone backwards when the shooting, but no, everything is fine because I have the movie and then backwards on the reading of any application that I use to see.   Video upsets when we apply the LUT at 6 k red footage. Any thoughts? Also LUTS are not accurate color. Do not know what is happening.

  It seems that I can't happen again. It's a knockout is more upside in gpu accel or only the software. I fixed what it is rather than specify the SG where were my luts, I took the lut and installed in lut speedgrade file. Now he put on backwards. Must be a bug when you point to a LUT folder.

  The much bigger problem I had from the beginning, it's SG slows its unusable with some of the main LUTS I use. I use LUTS OSIRIS a color vision and they totally paralyze SG. I will make a change and it takes about 2 minutes to see the change take effect. It also happened when I tried 2 TITAN gpu in my system with 6 GB of VRAM. This work immediately in Davinci Resolve but SG dislikes them. Any chance there is a way to solve this problem on your side or mine? I use these all the time.

  You should be able to use any NVIDIA card VRAM on CS5 with1Gb if use you the Hack CUDA:

  If you mean for editing then unfortunately Apple is very, very backward these days in terms of codec support. You will probably need to look at Adobe first place.

  Its a bit of chicken and eggs at the moment, we do not know if the reason for Final Cut Pro X is neglected is because the Mac Pro has not been upgraded, or have Apple decided to abandon the Mac Pro, because they are more interested in market Pro at all.
