video choppy when CLA was overthrown around 13 Lenovo's Yoga with windows 8.1

Since the update to Windows 8.1 when I watch videos if it is a local video or streaming from YouTube, the video is jerky extremelly when the keyboard is reversed around.

I read something on stop the runswusb service, but I can't find it anywhere.

    I'm new to video editing. I have a Canon VIXIA HF100 and had no problems to import my video files from my camera to my computer using Adobe first Elements 7. The problem is when I play videos, they are really rough. The sound is ok, but really, the video stutters. It is very difficult to change (if not impossible). Is my computer not fast enough?     No, your Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4 GHz LGA 775 is no way fast enough. I have the Quad Core Q6600 and is barely enough edit AVCHD smoothly.

    Your best bet is maybe convert to intermediate codec like HDV MPEG2 high bitrate. PE7 it will manage smoothly with your processor. Take a look at AVCHD MECHANISM http://www.newbluefx.com/avchd-upshift.html

    You are able to install other applications?  Verify that you can install other software (you can install a component of Windows Live Essentials from here).  If you can install other software, then contact the manufacturer of the support software.  They may have to update the installer to load correctly on Windows 7.

    Perform the clean boot on your computer and check.

    From your computer by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine if a background program is interfering with your game or program. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot".

    To perform a clean boot on a computer, follow these steps.

    1. click on start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.
     
    If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.
     
    2. in the general tab, click Selective startup.
    3. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.
    4. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable all.
    5. click on OK.
    6. When you are prompted, click on restart.
    7. after the computer starts, check if the problem is resolved.

    Please follow the system in the boot environment. If the problem does not occur, it indicates that the problem is related to an application or a service, we have disabled. You can use the MSCONFIG tool again to reactivate the disabled one by one element to find the culprit.
