In addition, the windows updates did not work, they always came as "update failed" it happened all of a sudden. Please, what could be the cause this problem and what are some solutions?

    Hello

Follow these methods and check if that helps:

    Method 1:

I suggest you to set up your computer in a clean boot state, and check to see if the same problem happens.

By setting your boot system minimum state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem.

Note: After the boot minimum troubleshooting step, follow step 7 in the link provided to return the computer to a Normal startup mode.

  • Computer freezes and makes strange noises during playback of videos

    Hello

As of late my computer was irritating me.

When I go to play videos, or sometimes when I listen to music, the computer screen everything will freeze and (sometimes) it sounds like something of a transformer movie.

The first freeze upwards, it usually comes out of it on his own. But a freeze on second or third place, I have to force the computer to shut down.

I noticed it only freezes up when I play games on my computer. Games on the internet [like on Facebook] can make freeze however.

Usually he never appears with an error, so I can't provide any help out there. When this all started upwards, it was a pop up on the display driver to have to restart itself (or something of the sort). But I saw only once and have not yet see it again.

It's my laptop Asus U50F-RBBAG05 who works in Windows 7. All of my software like Java and others are updated, to my knowledge.

It is, possible solutions? Or explanations? Or my computer went "off the deep end" and I might have to consider getting a new? :(

[Not quite sure that this issue falls under the topic sorry in advance.]

    Hello

    1. did you of recent changes to the computer?

    2. you're talking about music or videos online or you're talking about for videos and music stored on the hard drive?

Step 1: first of all I suggest you to update the video card and display drivers for manufacturing sites.
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isn ' t-work correctly

Step 2: Put the computer to boot and see if the problem still occurs
Activate the clean boot, refer to step 1 in the link below:
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135
If everything works well after a clean boot, you can deduce that some third-party services are at the origin of the problem.
Continue with the remaining steps to pin-point on the third party service.
Note: after find you the program that is causing the problem, you will have to perhaps to update or install a newer version of the program, if you rarely use that you should consider uninstalling the software
ATTENTION:-do not forget to put the computer to a normal startup followed step 7 in the link.
Step 3: Check the logs in Event Viewer on the computer crash and let me know
    Open event viewer
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/open-Event-Viewer

What are the information in event logs? (Event Viewer)

    Hello

    Try the following.

First, download the Flash uninstall utility on the link below and save it to your desktop.

    http://download.Macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/Current/uninstall_flash_player.exe

Once the download is complete, close all browser windows and start the program uninstaller.  Once done, restart the laptop.

Then, download and install Firefox , then using Firefox, download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash.

Close all browser windows before you run the installer of Flash.

Start Firefox and see if the video play Ok - if they do, close Firefox, open IE and click on the same Adobe Flash link above to get a command prompt to install the ActiveX component.  Once completed, restart IE.

    Kind regards

    Nice day..

I've had this laptop for 2 years... until that a month ago, everything worked perfectly and well.
Microsoft 'sent' various improvements and that's when things started to go wrong.

    My main problem is:
nothing to do with videos, for example the news on different sites, so the only foreign, like Youtube, go for seconds, then the gel, and the "spinning clock" (as in the buffering), makes this course, and then returns and so on...

I tried to download the Adobe "Flash", even the last '11 '.
    Nothing seems to work...
I also tried to reset to the original state of plant of Toshiba and no progress.

    I tried system restore-no progress.
I removed "Google Chrome" and downloaded again, no go.
I also tried to uninstall upgrades of Microsoft, also failed to what anyone
clearing the caches also not go.

Can someone please help to "fix" the situation as it is annoying to make a video, and I get the buffering every time

    Hi fefalm,

If you have this problem, because you bought your computer, why you didn t contact a service provider authorized to solve the problem or ask a seller for a replacement one?
If your laptop is still under warranty, contact the nearest authorized service provider!

If that happens on different operating systems, it seems to be a malfunction of the equipment. Theoretically, it could be related to the HARD drive or another part

The HARD disk, you can test with special diagnostics as Drive Fitness Test Tools. ask Google to find.

  • Windows 7 video playback blue and green tinted

Since I installed Windows 7, I had a problem where most of the videoplayback is strongly tinged with blue and green io periodically; the tint in WMP doesn't help - in fact it does not change the color at all. Update or restore the video drivers is also no change to this problem.  It occurs in all areas, in all video players, I've tried so far.  I noticed this problem on google on a couple of different tips and no solution that works for me, or is even applicable to the latest version of WMP. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello Kiran'n Kiran,

Have you informed you have 4 mapped printers, have you had this problem before installing the 4th printer?  Do you receive error messages when your system crashes or after rebooting your system?  Are you able to print in any program or it freezes up you are trying to print?  Have you ever been able to print correctly with all 4 printers set up?

I would suggest that you look in Event Viewer after that your system crashes to see if you can get more information as to what could be the cause of this.
