  Where you see the date? You are looking in the display of the album? If so, this view displays the album cover and the date is the most recent "creation date of the file" of all the files in that album. If it displays date unknown, it can be a photo/video from the web, or something that has had its metadata stripped for a reason any. If you add a new photo/video it, then that date appears with the album cover.

• How to prevent my organizing EINIRE of Revel catalog synchronization.

  I use the EP 13 Evaluation Version.  I have an iMac 2009 Mavericks 10.9.5 running.  Yesterday, I shared a video test of Revel.  Last night, I checked organiser a little more and had terrible problems.  After that I tried to get the Organizer to access album Revel test with test inside video, the organizer has crashed.  He took an inorginate of time amount to access a small video test.  I stopped the program.  Organizer then crashed on launch every time.  I had to use the tips in this article of organizing elements crashes at launch to recover.  The only way first make it work was to create a new catalog.  I repaired then the original catalogue, but failed.  Then, I changed the default settings and authorized online services.  The original catalogue then worked.  I tried again to access the video of test on Revel.  This time I didn't stop the process, but even if run.  Finally, it worked and the organizer do crash more.

  I was shocked today to receive an email saying that I had exceeded my quota of 2 GB.  Test video was only 86.9 MB.  On verification of Revel on the web for the first time, I had only checked the link shared album of test, I found that everything in my catalog was being transferred to Revel!

  I didn't know this.  When I first connected to Revel in Organizer I rose a pop with "1, 2, 3" as the title saying that it was a process in 3 steps to start.  There are 3 pages in this window, I recall, and I don't say anything about synchronizing all to Revel.  Now if I disconnect and connect again I get this window, and it disappears once I log in.

  I unchecked the box in Online accounts in preferences "Automatically access all media my account online catalog", which I now see is now checked!  I stopped the officer on the page and it came out.  I've disconnected and insert it again.  Check the preferences page again, this checkbox is now checked and the agent runs again.  The switch for the agent box can once again 'on '.

  It is a nightmare.  If I remove all the album test except for the video test, how do I know that everything in my catalog is not deleted?  If the media catalog is deleted, there's no guarantee that the underlying files be ransacked for this?  Feeling rather scared right now.

  I must say that EP 13 is quite impressive and a good editor, but I've been very disappounted to find the Firewire capture was abandoned in 13.  On the forums, there was a program called Lifeflix which has been mentioned can do, but this is not shareware, so I can not try to check if the quality is the same as my old PC with Pinnacle Studio 9, which is better that what I can get on the mac, even an old copy of iMovie HD 6 I managed to download It's much better than the horrible iMovie.

  I am also impressed by the system help or lack of.  Yes, Adobe has a lot of help available, but it is on the Web!  When you go to the Help menu and click PE 13 Help you go to the site!  This I expect to free programs, but not for paid programs.

  I am in two minds about to buy 13 given PE it captures Firewire.  I can not count use this camcorder, but I thought EP 13 could do everything and define myself for the future.  I found a link to a trial version of 12 EP, that I have not yet installed.  I don't know if it will work with my PE13 of the trial, or if I can make it work at all.  12 PE works with the Mavericks and Yosemite?  And is it really worth wile buy it?  I don't have answers to these questions.  I'm going for a duel with linux start to run kdenlive which can make the Firewire capture, to test the quality.  I am impressed with the clip of PE 13 rotation function, which was more of a point, much better that kdenlive.  Another point in EP 13 is that he will separate scenes in a movie, once again like Kdenlive.

  I'm leaning towards the capture on the PC, containing the captured video to the mac and the other edition with EP 13 or kdenlive in a virtual machine.  Not sure if EP 13 worth it in light of all this, and I don't know if I'll do pretty video with my new camera to justify the creation of Blu - ray discs.  If PE 13 seized FireWire, I think that I would have said yes and bought.

  Sorry for the long post, but I really want the problem of Revel, sorted and I need all the rest out of my chest.

  Thank you very much for this.  I deleted everything outside the test video to Revel, and everything in the catalog has been cut.  Subsequently, I found the option not to do.  He was not quite in the catalog anyway.  I have since imported from iPhoto.  It works now.  I think that I have will get rid of it and stay with not much in the catalog.  Not very impressed by the Organizer, without file names of the pictures. iPhoto import does not import iPhoto event names.  At least the junk of Revel went.  I don't use Revel again.  He is useless Revel asking you the title of the film that you load, since it is never displayed!

  Yes, your videos are saved to revel, just as they are downloaded. When you download the video of Revel in your computer, you can download the format and the original resolution. For online reading, we generate 720 p and 360 p H264 video formats associated with an mp4 extension, but these aren't those recorded on the disc when you download of revel.

  Videos are saved to Revel in their original format. When you download the video of Revel in your computer, you can download the original format. For reading online, we have also to build and save the different video formats in 720 p and 360 p H264 with mp4 extension.

  If you have downloaded an image/video to Revel from your iPhone - once it is COMPLETELY TRANSFERRED to Revel, you can remove the photo or video on your camera. He stayed in Revel. Check the status of your download by selecting the icon cloud gradually Revel library screen. It will tell you if you download somewhere or if the library is updated.

  Just to be redundant:

  The film and the Revel app are separate entities.

  * If you download from the app of Revel, say from your iphone, in the cloud of Revel and make sure it is completely downloaded, you can then LEAVE REVEL and spend in the camera roll on your device and delete this video or photo. It will be deleted from your phone but not Revel. You will open the space on your phone.

  * If you download from the app to Revel in the cloud of Revel, but then remove the video or image from the Revel APP, then you will remove the video or photo of Revel and Revel only. The original image will be always sitting in your camera on your phone. No space savings will occur on your phone.

  So, if you are trying to make room on your device:

  1. connect to Revel

  2. to Revel, select regardless of the video or picture that you want to transfer to the cloud of Revel and go through the download process.

  3. When this download is all done completely, you can disconnect from Revel (do not close to Revel until you are sure that the upload is complete)

  4. you can then go into your camera roll on your device and delete what you have downloaded in Revel. That will free up space on your phone.

  I would say, as I'm always paranoid about my own images, it is advisable to save a second backup of the images on another device of storage, such as external hard drive or desktop. For reasons of security.

  Where is the automatic Analyzer in Photoshop elements 13?

  It's there, but it is no longer applicable tags to photos. If you had applied the tags in earlier versions, they should always appear with the other tags. PSE 13 you are not supposed to see Auto Analyzer works, unless you also have PRE and/or you load video to revel (although from my experience, it tends to appear in other scenarios as well).

• Mobile downloads

  When you configure Mobile albums Organizer 12, I chose accidentally all files instead of selected files.   When you first logged on account of Revel by using the elements Organizer, looks like you chose "all my photos/videos through Revel.

  You can change this setting through the edition > Preferences > Revelby Adobe uncheck the option 'automatically access all media to my catalog of Adobe Revel.

  Once you have done this, if you want to delete all the images already uploaded to your account of Revel, you can go into the multimedia elements, choose these images, right click to select "Remove from Revel". This will remove them from your account of Revel but keep them always in your catalog of items on your desktop.

  If you share a link to an album, only the ones you send this link to see it in a browser. This does not require anyone to have an account of Revel except the owner of the album.

  If you share a library, only those people that you send and invite you to him (and must have an account to Revel too) will be able to see it. They will also be able to access, edit, comment, etc.

  So, Yes, libraries and albums are private unless share you them with people and you have chosen to share with the people that these people themselves.

  At the time of migration, revel supported only jpg photos, only jpg files migrated from photohshop.com (as long as you had not chosen). For this reason, the videos you had would not be migrated.   Currently, Revel only supports jpg files. We add many improvements, so this might change in the future. Read what some of our FAQ can be useful for you to get more information, so I'll include some here for you. Only 11 of the elements version has connectivity with Revel, but you can download files from your computer as well.
