  There is probably (hopefully) a simple solution for this, but I can't seem to find the answer.  I made a few adjustments to photos using Photoshop and ACR.  These adjustments are recorded and noted in bridge such that I view the files. I would like to be able to view the file of origin within Bridge, as I browse through the photos.  It is child's play in ACR (abbreviation Q) and I use it as I am post processing of the photo.  But I wish I could turn settings on and off as I see the photos in Bridge.  Is this possible?

  I don't think it's possible. The only solution I can think of is to place all the files xmp side car in a folder separated - if they are not integrated. In this way, you can view the original files, but have the changes by simply moving the xmp files back into the folder with the images.

  I'm learning to communicate with the spreadsheet Excel through ActiveX. I started with the example Labview "To write the Table to XL", however, this example creates new file which is not my case of the replacement of an existing Excel worksheet. So, I made my changes in VI to overwrite a file with my new value. Unfortunately, there are always prompt to overwrite the file, and even if I press 'Yes', the file retains unchanged.

  In your new Open Workbook.vi, you have a File.vi open/create/replace. You don't need that.

  Could you explain what is exactly? What do you mean by off the screen?

  According to my way of thinking, you want to export the file details of all your files on your HARD drive to an excel file or a txt file. If I'm right in this case, it is not possible to export the details of each & every file in the excel sheet.

  We have difficulties to view some files on our server with a Macbook Pro, we just bought El Capitan running. Files with missing extensions show as the Unix executables and slashes in the name show as if they have been renamed. This only happens on this particular laptop. We have other MacBook Pro and iMac running El Capitan and previous OS which do not have this problem. Anyone have any idea why this would be be happing in just this one computer and is there a solution?

  Not sure if it helps, I have a folder on the server that contained files without extensions with another computer and copied to the Macbook Pro, which is to have these zipped questions and files display properly.

For example, I'm going to open a file called "config" and Windows prompts me to choose a program to open it with, but "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" is greyed out. On the "Playlist" tab, there is a mysterious entrance which was just a jumble of numbers. We couldn't access, so we removed. My brother thought it might have been the result if a failed backup of a selection, but I'm not sure.

  Then later, when we looked more deeply in the 'Playlist' of WMP box, we found a file without a name, we are unable to remove. It doesn't even look like a file. If you view them in the form results 'list', as she disappears. I tried scanning WMP with Norton, but he could not find viruses.

  Ownership of a file or a folder,

  Right click on the file/folder, select properties and then click the Security tab.

  I check the forums of andPL/SQL SQL almost everyday, this forum less.

  But Tom's right. Because the plugin doesn't work in most cases your problem is very likely related data. So if you could share the xlsx file, or the files mentioned Tom that it would probably help solve the problem

  Your ability to reduce the file without diminishing its quality depends on the quality required for their intended use. If these are intended for viewing on screen, then high resolution pictures can be re sampled or changing the resolution without real change is the quality, as long as the user can say. Number of files use subsets of fonts or the incorporations of fonts. Sometimes you can remove subsets of fonts or embedding the fonts if the font will be on the user's system. Subsets of fonts can save space, but if the pdf is a result of several different sources, desincorporation policies and incorporating a copy of the policy can save space.

  Honestly, the size of 2 MB file is not the problem it once was. However, maybe the pdf not by e-mail at all. There are players on a server as well as a link sent to each user.
