Hi sandeep23101985
Welcome to the Forums of the BlackBerry Support
There is no specific Knowledge Base regarding the error uncaught exception: index 87 > = 87 or similar, you had already wiped or remove applications from your device but always error so appearing to rule out any software problem you can recharge your device OS, but first to make your backup device to the BlackBerry Desktop Software help for instructions Please refer to this Knowledge Base:
KB11320 : How to perform a reload of the own software BlackBerry Device using BlackBerry desktop software for windows.
Restore your backup after reloading. I hope this will solve your problem.

Smartphones blackBerry [need help] Eception exception?
Hi all.. I am a newbie.
the type of blackberry's curve 3g with os 7... I bought it 2 days ago.
First, everything seemed normal, but suddenly, it can not detect my SIM card.
There is only the SOS signal.
ive tried hard reset several times and there is always a notification says "" eception exception: f f f ".
He still be able to connect via wifi.
any solution for this problem? The symptoms you gave the type to indicate a hardware problem, I fear. The SOS thing happened sometimes back, but it turns out I just needed my SIM replaced by my carrier because he was too old and the metal contacts were worn out or something.

BlackBerry Smartphones Eception Exception: index 15 >; = ERROR 15
Hello. Has anyone encountered the same error? Whenever I reboot my phone this message Eception Exception: 15 index > = 15
Also, the indicator update app world doesn't seem to go away even though I've been through updates.
any help will be much appreciated.
Hello
I think you can try two things: the soft reboot, and if it does not, the hard reboot. Don't worry, you can not lose data with these two reboots.
Soft reboot:
1) struck the following three keys at the same time:
-Alt
-Right shift
-Remove
(2) wait 2 minutes for the Blackberry to wake up.Hard reboot:
(1) your BlackBerry smart phone is on
(2) remove the battery and wait a minute
(3) replace the battery
(4) wait 5 minutes for the device to wake up.Please tell us if it works for you.

I get the following error message: "Eception Exception: string index out of range: 0" and no way to clear the message.
Could someone help me to fix it? In fact, the only way to get the BB 8310 back to work is the battery.
Thanks adavance
You continue to misinterpret the contractual agreement for the support that YOU are bound to. You should contact your mobile service provider who can escalate your case RIM, how the ability to submit the report could well exist.
All this debate aside courses... 9 times out of 10 if people just try some things in my first response, it solves their problems... normally a clean OS Reload did the trick as a "worst case"... that or update the operating system to something more current.

Eception exception blackBerry Smartphones: 131071 index >; = 16
I use Opera Mini (downloaded from the app world) as my internet because my network not accepting form is not the internet blackberry. I used it for some time and have used it today however I tried to go on it, but a message saying "eception exception: 131071 index > = 16' appears." I tried out my battery and check the updates (which I've updated), but it still does not work. Any help please?
The first thing would be to remove the app and then recharge it. Apps can sometimes be damaged and can recharge them (even the same version) often.
If this does not help, you can skip right to a reload of the OS of your phone (once again, even the same version).Let us know if that helps you.

Smartphones blackBerry Eception Exception errors
Hello
I am desperately hoping someone can help!
I have a BB Pearl 3 G with BBOS6
I was updating some apps (Whatsapp, BBM). The phone asked to restart, I said that was fine.
When he had finished his restart e-mail, sms and browser icoms no longer worked (I would like to click on them and nothing would happen at all) and the phone would freeze.
The error messages I get are:
Eception exception: Application net_rim_bb_messaging_app (78) does not...
and
Eception exception: Application net_rim_bb_browser_daemon (96) does not...
Once I managed to get the error 523 reset I did but it did not help.
I tried several resets hard (remove the battery when the phone is turned on, left for several hours and then replaced) all to nothing does not.
I can't find a reference to these errors online.
Someone at - it a solution?
Help, please!

Hello and welcome to the community!
There is virtually no diagnosis of those - they are the equivalent of random errors in Windows for which trace the root cause is futile. Basically, here's the last out in the programming code - some event occurred for which there is no event handler in the code. The patch is an update of the code that handles the event... but, again, what is the event is almost impossible. So, there are a few things to try:
Sometimes, the code simply is damaged and needs to be updated - just like a reboot:
- Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.
If it doesn't boot properly, then you need to try Safe Mode:
- KB17877 How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in safe mode
There may be a code updated to the value of the carrier - check out them through this Portal:
The toughest possible causes are a bad application behave. To find it, there are two options. Is to see if you can read the log file:
Go to the home screen. Hold down the "alt" key and type "lglg". (You won't see anything as you type). This will bring up the log file. Scroll down (probably a lot of pages) until you see a line that says "eception execption. Click on this line. The application name will be in the info. Alternative methods to implement the newspapers are in this KB:
- KB05349 How to activate, view, and extract the the event logs on a BlackBerry smartphone
The other method is to remove the apps one at a time, wait a while between the two (I usually recommend a week), until the problem stops... revealing the offending application. Yet another method is to recharge the BB OS itself, leaving little time between the addition of other applications on the BB in order to be able to determine exactly what is the cause.
Good luck and let us know!

Hello
1. try to delete the first reboot of batteries that clears the application error
2 also try uninstalling the last app you have installed before the error and restart / disconnect the battery. You can reinstall these applications later.
3 if there are errors, you can clean your pocket computer to clear / delete applications and reinstall the application. How to delete all data and applications from the smart phone BlackBerry with the optio security wipe...

OK, I hope someone here can help me a bit more then US Cellular has done so far to this problem without end.
This problem started after I updated my BB device software and application of book of face over the weekend. Since that time my BB will not receive any what data signal, but I can make phone calls always after confirmation of many Eception Exception: Registry Application wait Timeout Error Messages. Until they start again to come.
Here are the steps that I tried to fix this problem
- Remove the battery, and then restart your computer
- Load up the Blackberry Manager to restore the setting - BB Manager seems to not even see more when I connect it.
- U.S. Cellular has already tried reloading software BB device again
Has anyone ever fallen on this or a similar problem like this and found a solution to this?
If Yes please let me know. I don't want to end up carrying around some basic cell phones again. I'm already addicted to my crackberry.
TIA
I fixed the problem of trial and error, a few hours ago.
For starters, US Cellular had to lie for wipe me the disc of BB and starting over. because if they did I would not see all the error messages still after they claimed that the BB has been wiped. In other words, after I wiped the drive of BB all the error messages disappeared.
Regarding the data plan, yes my company has a data plan on this BB. The blinking light just does more. Not much for me, as long as the data coming

BlackBerry Smartphones eception exception error when you try to open the text
After the reboot, I am unable to open my texts... receiving Eception Exception: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException. I have rebooted several times, but I get the error. Any Suggestions? Thank you
6.0.0.246 is the version of the OS with the torch was launched, you may consider upgrading the OS.
See the link below to download and follow the simple installation instructions.
First find your operator and the system operating file that you want to use.
http://NA.BlackBerry.com/eng/support/downloads/download_sites.jspMake a backup of your device first, using Desktop Manager > backup. Close the office at the end Manager.
1. download the OS files to the PC then install on the PC by running (double click) the downloaded file.
2. go in c:\program files Research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."
3. plug in the BB and double-click on "Loader.exe." It is located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file. -
Hello
Because I deleted some languages on my BB, and I kept the French, German and English language, after each reboot (after an update via BB Desktop Manager for example), I received this message:
"Eception exception: java.lang.Error.
I select 'OK' and that's all, but I want to solve this problem...
Thank you.
Hello!
If you get this reliable error, then it is very likely that something in your OS device is damaged. This type of error is the "final" in the programming code - an event has happened for which there is no event handler in the code. I suggest to try two things (in order):
(1) whenever random strange behaviors creep, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot.
(2) reload your OS:

Good luck and let us know!

Now, I can not download whatsapp. I get the same message. You will appreciate all the assistance. Thank you
OK will try. Thank you.
